Protected Browser have additional layers of protection so if you have opened Protected Browser then you can not create screenshot (you will create but black screen right)? Secured.

When you runing gsi tool it is better all browsers closed.
Try uninstall kaspersky (only keep license info checbox) and then restart PC, clear temp files and After restart PC install kaspersky update and do restart again. Check the problem.

You have Windows 7 build 7600? So if yes you dont have installed important update service pack 1 build 7601.
Try clear browser cache, clear temp files.

Maybe you installing another program which runs on background (taskmanager look for TrustedInstaller) or windows installer if this is active that means that you installed previously program or something like that.
Restart pc and try again. -
Thank you. I will do so later today. I also submitted a problem report to Microsoft.
So i found this file and all files which are in screenshot uploaded in virusdesk by kaspersky and also on virustotal and thread not found.
I have Windows 10 1909 version which is older like insider… Maybe in insider version has been changed this file and kaspersky is detecting…
And also i note that pwsso.dll in your case is located in C:\Windows\Software but mine is not located in Software (see screenshot)

- Please do detailed report of this issue and export to text file and copy text here
