  1. Hello, yes, this is related to Encrypted connections in General(https). For this moment we do not have the feature in product, which allows to exclude domain by mask(for all components). But we can do this for Web Anti-Virus component, as I have written above. It helps, when other components do not request HTTPS-traffic decryption and it will not help, if another component checks HTTPS-traffic on problematic domain too. Thank you. I did tried for the web antivirus no fix..still pop up is there any settings ? We need to collect and analyze traces of the product with reboot and the problem reproduction in order to clarify this. That is why I asked you to create a request to technical support.

I have written above, that fp.measure.office.com - are Microsoft servers. So, it will not compromise the security. But we suggest you to contact to Microsoft and inform them about certificate problem on their servers anyway.

  7. You also can add the mask: *.fp.measure.office.com to Web Anti-Virus Trusted URLs and the product will not scan web traffic from fp.measure.office.com and subdomains. Thank you.

  9. Hello, the domain office.com belongs to Microsoft Corporation and seems Outlook connects to .fp.measure.office.com servers periodically. It is better to contact to Microsoft support in order to clarify details/reasons of such connections. Thank you.
  10. Hello, seems, there is a problem with certificate on .fp.measure.office.com The certificate most likely was issued to another domain and names do not match. You can see it in “Details” Tab of the Certificate. The field: “Issued to:” must contain the same domain name, which Outlook tries to connect to.   11. Hello, please try to enable RSS for the network adapter. It allows to check network packets using few kernels of CPU.   13. If re-installation helps, it most likely the Bug 4767224: [SUPPORT] Unable to establish a connection alert if try to link child account. The registration of child`s account requires the Parents UIS token, but if it does not use some long time, such error can be appeared. The developers are planing to fix this issue in patch J(19 Aug). If re-installation does not help, we need to analyze the problem to find out the root of the error. Thank you.

  16. Hello, Our developers suggest to use Quick delete method (recommended), for big video or other big data files, because it is optimal method in this case. It is the "lightest" method of all, which are using in this tool. File shredder initially was developed for deleting of small size files(documents, photo). It deletes files by partition of file on many small files. Small documents of photos are deleting very quickly using this method, but video-file deleting can take over one hour. If HDD is fragmented or some application on PC(uTorrent, for ex.) is using active READ/WRITE processes, it can take much more of time. If the customer selects other multi-circles algorithms, the time of operation can also grow significantly. The developers have analyzed few cases with video-files deleting and will optimize the next version of tool in order to decrease the time of deleting of video and other files, which has huge size. Unfortunately, we do not have any terms of the next version implementation for now. Thank you.

К сожалению, по срокам сейчас информации нет.

Проверьте, пожалуйста, в личном набинете на my.kaspersky.ru в Настройках Приложений разрешена ли категория -Игры(Brawl Stars входит в категорию Игры), а также не заблокирован ли запуск игры Brawl Stars. Там же можно и настроить запуск игры с ограниченным временным интервалом. Возможно также, что указанная Вами проблема не связана именно с блокировкой Safe Kids, а приложение просит выдать определённые разрешения от системы.   21. Hello, If you use the laptop`s touchpad, this behavior is by design. Our VK does not work with touchpads. We have the Requirement 1793236: [BRQ][SUPPORT] Add support of VK + touchpad scenario If you use a mouse, please clarify the vendor and model of this mouse. And submit the request to technical support via my.kaspersky.com in order to find out the root of the problem. Thank you.
  22. Hello, I am glad to inform you, that the bug has finally been fixed. The version with fix: 1.57.0.1 is available already for 50% of customers in Google Play store. I checked the fix on my two Xiaomi smartphones. Thank you.
  23. Hello to all! Our developers have informed us ,that the fix will be implemented only for MIUI 12 and later systems. It is related to accessibility overlay. In previous versions it does not display always, as we expect. We don not have the information about fix terms for now. I will keep you informed.
