  1. KSC 10.5 doesn´t have support anymore. Please, see this link https://support.kaspersky.com/corporate/lifecycle#b2b.block3.ksc10 You need to upgrade to the latest version. After that, upgrade the Network Agent to 13.2 and the KES to the 11.7 version via KSC
