  1. Hi, So it turns out this KB helped me: Errors in Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows occurring after the installation of Windows updates It was a faulty MS update. When I followed the instructions and installed a newer MS update, KAV now deploys fine! Thanks
  2. Hi there, I recently upgraded our Security Centre to version 13.2. I’ve then pushed out the latest version of the agent to all of our endpoints as I usually do when we upgrade. All of the endpoint agent versions have upgraded totally fine, and was pain free. The agent version is 13.2.0.1511 The next step i usually take is upgrading the endpoint protection version. The current version is 11.6.0.394. I am attempting to upgrade to 11.7.0.669 but haven’t been succesful. When I deploy the application via the Security Center I get the error: Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows (11.7.0) (11.7.0.669): Remote installation has been completed with an error on this device: Fatal error during installation. (You must restart your computer before proceeding with the installation.) I obviously tried rebooting and starting again but I get the same error. I’ve tried this on over 10 different machines and go the same error. I also tried it on a totally clean install of Windows and got the same error too. I’ve tried re-creating the installation package and recieve the same error too. I’m a little at a dead end now, but would appreciate any help. Thanks Martin
