Hello, 1. Buy the code for Total Security from the Kaspersky website. 2. Enter the activation code into your KIS application. See this article for instructions. 3. Switch to Total Security right away or wait until your current license expires. Note that license terms are not summed. 4. Restart your computer, if necessary.

Force-quitting WindowServer will close all active applications, refresh the operating system (not reinstalling), and log you out of your Mac. When you sign back in, macOS will automatically launch WindowServer in the background again and the cycle continues (perhaps this will help). But, better yet, create a support request: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts As we will need the logs to analyse the problem. -

Как уже писалось выше - актуальные сборки наших продуктов не поддерживают Android 4. То, что установилось, это не актуальная версия, а самая крайняя доступная для этой системы.

Как я писал выше - Android 4 мы уже не поддерживаем. Самые актуальные версии продуктов там не могут быт установлены.

@AlexLots72 с тем девайсом, где сейчас 200, мы разберемся - проблемой займутся разработчики. Как будут новости я сообщу. Про “запрещенные сайты” ответы выше уже даны.

Так как у Вас Android 4, то 78 сборка KISA не установится и так и останется 2 продукта (KISA и VPN), а не один. Попробуйте обновить продукты, проверьте проблему с VPN. Но сразу предупрежу официально мы уже не поддерживаем данную версию системы. Поддержка нашими продуктами Android 5 и новее.

@AlexLots72Доброе утро! По поводу Android девайса: KISA попросил удалить VPN, так как в нем уже есть VPN (начиная с 78 сборки). Т.е. спокойно удаляете. По поводу проблемы я передал информацию ответственным. Посмотрим, в чем у Вас проблема. Дам знать, как будут новости. На всех девайсах должно быть 500. Спасибо.

As far as we can see, you have contacted support today and have been given an answer to your question. Here on the forum you have not provided details of the problem. Accordingly, we were unable to answer the substance of your question. Issues like this cannot be resolved through a forum. Especially from your description, you seem to be having problems with resetting personalized settings (It's not clear from the description which ones). @Gianluca I can see the old Security Cloud (expired) with all my settings and a new Security Cloud active but without all the personalized settings and the users that I had set in the previous license It's not clear what settings you're talking about. The keys are equal. -
