Bonjour à tous. Pour ma part, même après avoir réinstaller la dernière version du VPN, rien ne fonctionne dès que je mets en route le VPN. Je fais un copié / collé de mon premier post car rien a changé depuis : EDIT : " Bonjour à toutes et à tous. Juste un petit mot pour dire que c'est exactement la même chose pour moi ... Depuis la mise à jour du VPN (version 21.23.6.614-2), je n'arrive plus à me connecter au net via mes navigateurs (edge, chrome, firefox et opéra). J'ai crée un ticket d'incident via mon compte Kaspersky Premium. Le rapport a été envoyé et la réponse fu qu'il n'a pas été trouvé de problème. Lors de mon appel à la HOTLINE, mon interlocuteur, fort sympathique au passage, m'a informé qu'il y constatait déjà plus de 4000 appels téléphonique (en France) pour signaler ce problème. J'ai Windows 11 famille version 25H2. J'espère que Kaspersky va solutionner le problème avec la prochaine mise à jour. Cordialement. " Bonne soirée à toutes et à tous.

Yes, Kaspersky Premium does include Premium Unlimited VPN - the Premium Unlimited VPN is for one/1 user account on all devices, this information is shown in the shopping cart when the software is purchased: https://www.kaspersky.ca/premium. *All* other user accounts on the subscription have Kaspersky Standard/Limited VPN. Dass ist aus meiner Sichtweise ein Fehler in der MR23(a) den bei mir bleibt diese Anzeige obwohl ich schon paarmal neu installiert habe. Wichtig ist ja dass die Erweiterung im Edge Browser aktiv ist. Es sollte ja bald die MR24 21.24.8.522 erscheinen möglicherweise behebt die dass Anliegen.

У этих пользователей свой кабинет, поделитесь подпиской по инструкции https://support.kaspersky.com/KPC/1.0/ru-RU/134048.htm Каждый пользователь установит менеджер паролей под своей учетной записью и привяжет его к своему кабинету.

I'm in Canada. Does Kaskpersky Premium included unlimited VPN? The FAQ states PLUS includes unlimited VPN but says nothing about PREMIUM. Thanks.

Здравствуйте! Есть подписка на Антивирус Премиум на 5 устройств. Есть ноутбук с двумя учётными записями. Я как админ, второй - обычный пользователь. Ноутбук чаще использует второй пользователь, с кем я хочу поделиться подпиской. Какой алгоритм действий в таком случае? Может ли второй пользователь использовать свой Паспорт-менеджер, но привязанный к моей подписке?
