Kaspersky Password Manager

Brave is a browser known for quite some time now and it is built on chromium i cannot understand why it hasnt been supoorted yet .

Good evening, I am try to synchronize the password manager from my android device, but I am receiving an error saying that the synchronization is not possible and that I must check my internet connection or try later. Last synchronization was 4 days ago and I don’t know what is the issue since I have the premium version. Any ideas? Thank you very much.

Windows 11 Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.2215) Kaspersky Security Cloud - Personal. Hi continually coming across incorrect username and or password when using Kaspersky PWM. However if I copy and paste same credentials from PWM into site or app then all is rosy. This is also coincident with the PWM's inability to Sync data. Anybody got any ideas about this behaviour? After deleting the entry in KPM for this problematic pages KPM does not prompt for saving the login and password.

Hi all, I'm a new user and am playing around with the Password manager amongst other parts of the Cloud Security. I wonder if I change a password via my web browser (Firefox), will KPM automatically update the password in its vault? Or do I have to do this manually every time I change a password?

KPM version 9.0.2.15298 (o) / 1618519177_6844 / 1.0.363.0-0.8.3.0_1 Kaspersky Protection version 1.5.13.0 Total Security Version 21.3.10.391 (b) when Kaspersky protection addon is enabled, KPM autosave feature only works for a few websites like reddit etc. i have also tested this with the edge browser, whilst Kaspersky protection addon is enabled, kpm’s autosave feature breaks, only works on sites like google, reddit and such. Please fix :)

Whenever I visit linustechtips.com from a Chromium based browser like Chrome, Edge, or Brave, it causes the website to crash (Works just fine with Mozilla Firefox, so is limited to Chromium based only). I tested by disabling all my browser extensions and enabling them individually and found that Kaspersky Password Manager is the culprit. This seems to have started approximately 1 month ago. I have KPM Chrome Extension I have been using it for a while all is working but lately when I enter the vault password in the software it lets me in just fine. when I open my chrome my KPM extension is not opened so I try to enter my password it says "incorect main password" I even tried to copy and paste it the same password works just fine with the app but won't log me on with the extension. I tried to reinstall the KPM software and extension.

KPM does not autofill user id on Amazon IOS APP. I have a KPM entry for the Amazon web site and after I manually enter my email address for the user ID, KPM does prompt and autofill the password. KPM works pretty well with most of my IOS apps but for some reason does not work for Amazon. I opened a ticket with Kaspersky support but their first response was the typical please provide additional information. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

My operating system is macOS 13 Ventura. I found that KPM on the macOS system does not support the Edge browser of macOS. I'm in trouble with filling in passwords on the Edge browser. Do I have any solutions?

Hi! KPM (9.0.0.44 for Mac) works with with Google Chrome Extension (4.1.15), except for localhost. I stored several login/password pairs for localhost (to expedite developing/testing) but everytime I open the URL in Chrome - KMP shows message that there are not saved credentials. Even if I select saved credentials in KPM and click open - same effect. Please help.

Hello, I have the same problem, the extension works well with other browsers but with Chrome it does not work and yes I am sure to enter the correct password because I do the test in other browsers and in the same Windows application and enter without problems. The password manager won’t allow me to copy my passwords in any way, either by clicking the copy button or by selecting the text and hitting ctrl c. Similarly, I can’t use the random password generator tool, as it doesn’t allow me to copy the generated password in my clipboard.

I recently changed my KPM’s main password by using the web version. When I try to log in to KPM by using the new main password, It says “data on this device is out of sync, to sync your data, enter the old main password set on this device” It doesn’t sync when I enter my old main password. When I go to “Sync your vault” option, It asks for my new Main Password. It’s says “Data synced successfully, from now on, use the main password to unlock the vault” But when I click done, It doesn’t go anywhere. If I have to go back from there, I have to lock the vault and log in again. How can I fix this issue ?

I changed recently from Kasperky Plus to Kaspersky Premium. I don't know if it is related to problem. For all that I know, this is the only issue. My Kasperky Password Manager started fine with Windows. But the Edge extension doesn't open. It was installed, but when I clik, it's load ad eternum. I attached a picture. Currently, I can't use KDP in browser.

I have seen a couple old / closed posts on this topic, but I am pleading anew: Kaspersky, I’m begging will you PLEASE create a Linux compatible version of Kaspersky Password Manager? This is by far your best and most useful software, and many customers (current and otherwise) would love to be able to use it on Linux. I got fed up with Windows and using KPM is one of the only things I miss. There must be other people in the same boat. I think it would be most useful if optimized for Ubuntu and/or Red Hat, but I’ll take anything. Please reply if you would like to use KPM on Linux as well!

Hello I have this problem when accessing the password via web version. I am costumer since 5 years, and this is very problematic. I contacted support and they said to change DNS, which is laughable for this case. Though I tried and didn't solve anything. Am i the only one having this issue?

Just a thought/idea on how to make KPM a little more user friendly and easier to use. Giving the ability for users add/choose icons and or colours for folders. This would allow very quick reference just by looking rather than reading the folder name. Having the folders display in all the individual categories like: “websites, bank cards, ect” rather then only show in the “all entries” Tile view: On a 15.6” laptop screen, you are only able to fit “two rows for a maximum of 10 tiles”, please make the “size of the folder icons smaller” so a user is able to see a whole lot more. I need for the Kaspersky Password Manager the csv-format for the import of my existing passwords from EXCEL. There exists only a very, very poor description for the csv-import! Has somebody an sample-file? Can it be (from KPM export format)? Website name; Website URL; Login name; Login; Password; Comment Do I have to store the csv in UTF-8 or ANSI?

I am having troubles with exporting my passwords from my OperaGX password manager to KPM Im using version 25.0.0.501 (a) / 1748877597_7700 / 1.1.0.2_1 of KPM When I try to import the file into KPM, it registers the username as the website name and the password as the website url. I made sure for my file to be in the format url,username,password,name,note but it still does the same thing

Hi, I am using the latest version of KPM on my iOS 14 iPhone 8 Plus. KPM has been working fine for a very long time, however recently I noticed that my KPM on my phone fails to sync up, in the sync menu it just hangs there saying that it is still syncing. When I delete the app and re install it, the first initial sync (database download) is up to date, but from then on nothing is in sync. I have checked my crash logs and there are no signs of anything wrong. My iPhone is jailbroken with Uncover 6.2.0 however this is not the cause of the issue. Thanks

Hello, I have noticed that in the last few days Kaspersky Password Manager adds this code "<div id="kpm-root" class="kpm_LTR"></div>" at the end of every post when I am editing in my WordPress blog. When I disable KPM and KPM Firefox add-on, this does not happen. Registered here to bring this to your notice. Hope this irritating bug can be fixed soon.

I just renewed the license for KPM. But it keeps popping up asking me to continue KPM. The pop up keeps saying it will expire June 7, 2021.How do I stop KPM from popping up all the time?

Using ProcessLasso it detects kpm.exe accessing 1378kb every couple of seconds. None of my other apps when idling on desktop do this. Monitored this for many months now.
