I changed recently from Kasperky Plus to Kaspersky Premium. I don't know if it is related to problem. For all that I know, this is the only issue.

My Kasperky Password Manager started fine with Windows. But the Edge extension doesn't open. It was installed, but when I clik, it's load ad eternum. I attached a picture. Currently, I can't use KDP in browser.

No, try to uninstall KPM from Your Windows Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> and there find KMP entry, then download and reinstall.

don't show there. I think it is vinculated to main software. I tested the chrome. the same error. I think I will perform a full clean uninstallation of software, removing any traces of kasperky plus. and install a fresh kaspersky premium.

I have to use it. because there is no uninstall file related to kpm in computer. even in the hidden files.

I uninstalled the kpm with the tool and installed the kaspersky premium, reinstalling the kpm by the software.

Now, its working. 

I can't explain if the problem was in the kpm or premium itself. I suspect, however, that I should completely uninstall the kaspersky plus before install the premium version.
