Hello I'm running Kaspersky Total Security 21.3.10.391 (j) on Windows 10 Version 22H2 (I feel I should point out my hard drive is currently failing). Last Thursday I got a Windows notification from KTS saying "Login to your My Kaspersky account has been detected" which was a mystery to me, until I figured out it was probably a tab open to My Kaspersky which had refreshed as I'd sped by it and "re logged in". How can I turn off the annoying “Update Password?” pop-up that I have to say “No Thanks” to every time I try to go to one of my sites I log into? The release notes of the latest version of Kaspersky Password Manager confirms it checks for possible password leaks and I have had 2 such reports of different passwords, however I believe they have not been leaked or compromised. Does anyone know how this report is triggered, what makes it believe/how would they know that a specific password has been leaked/compromised? I use KPM across different devices and multiple platforms as intended. Surely this wouldn’t trigger the report as if ‘unexpected users’ are logging in? After the new installation of Kaspersky Password Manager, before the system restarts, the icon in the system notification bar disappears. Checking Task Manager shows that the gui process disappears and the service process is still there. After that, whether it is manual or system restart, Kaspersky Password Manager User interface never works. hi, I am a web developer, I have a simple little question to ask, Is it normal for the password manager (KPM) to feed inputs (text) that have the autocomplete attribute set to off? In one of my user administration modules, when I want to modify a user it replaces the login of the user being modified with mine. What is the KPM basis for matching fields and feeding them? I tried changing the name and id of the input, but KPM still feeds it. thx for your help

Well, I’m a Kaspersky Plus subscriber and I use Kaspersky Password Manager a lot, mainly because of the browser plug-in integration. However, over the past few days, the plug-in has simply stopped working. I use the Opera browser, which is Chromium-based, and the plug-in version is 25.2.6.1. I’ve already tested it on other browsers and the problem remains exactly the same. The extension icon appears dimmed, and when I click on it, only a small white loading window opens with the message “please wait,” but it never starts. My Opera version is 131.0.5877.74 Has anyone else been experiencing this problem recently? Any solution?

Several competitor products have this, and it's a very good fail-safe - if I delete an entry, possibly by accident, I want to be able to restore it. Right now the app is very unforgiving - when I delete an entry by accident it's lost forever. Instead, it should be placed into the bin and deleted after, say, 30/60/90 days.

Hi everybody, I am starting to use Kaspersky Password Manager, and I am pleasantly surprised that the Passwords can be classified in folders. But then, I wonder why it is not possible to create subfolders to make it even easier to classify ? I would like to have only 3~5 principal folders, each divided into subfolders. Thank you ! Donovan

Hello, I was wondering if there is a plan to implement biometric input on windows devices? KPM and Kaspersky plus would really benefit from this feature and improve my user experience tremendously. The current functionality in windows works but typing a password each time opens more security risks and more importantly is a major inconvenience when using complex 20+ character passwords. Someone could explain to me why a company like Kaspersky that work for the security online dont have a two-factor authentication in the Password Manager. I have tried different password managers and they all have this option inside for 100% protection. Maybe I missed something. How I can be sure that nobody entry in my password manager without two-factor Authentication!

I have been using KPM for about 5 years so far, and today I faced a very huge logs data folder with a size of “20 GB” in program data, specifically in this address: “C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Password Manager\Logs” What is the purpos of having and keeping these files, Shall I remove it or not?

Hello together, more and more websites support 2FA authentication. So it would be nice if there will come an integrated “authenticator” functionality within the next versions of kaspersky password manager, so i dont need an additional authenticator app on my smartphone anymore.
