Hello everyone, Suddenly I cannot download any kind of file from the internet, neither with Chrome nor with Internet explorer. A message shows up saying the antivirus check couldn't be carried out and so the download has been blocked. I've tried to restore KIS factory settings but nothing's changed. Help me please!

Hello, after recently upgrading to KIS 2020 and to the mentioned version, I now have issues with the Flash player Plugin in chrome and in Firefox. For example when I try to access: Dazn.com and try to login, the page keeps on jumping between the signin and the home page, because the Flash player plugin keeps gets blocked, although it is set to be allowed in chrome and firefox. This problem seems to only occur on this version, because on a Laptop running KIS 2019 I can access the site normaly. It also works perfectly fine on my desktop pc (that runs the mentioned version) as soon as I disable KIS. So this seems to be an issue with this version specifically. I hope …

Just turned on computer and KIS updated twice. First a normal signature update. Then after about 5 minutes it started another update and then updated tp Patch D. Cannot find info on this patch so was curious if anyone has seen it yet and if so, could point me to any info regarding this patch. Thanks

Have installed KIS 2019 on a W7 64bit PC. The product installs but when it gets to the Activation window it freezes and I cannot do anything with it except to close it via the Task Manager. When I reboot the PC the Activation Window comes up but it remains frozen. There are no conflicting products on the PC and I have tried a reinstall. I have a valid Activation code. Can anyone offer any advice on what to do please.

OS = Windows 10. The automatic database update continues to get to 97% and just stops and never finishes. 128 days remaining on subscription. At the same time, Microsoft Outlook downloads email extremely slow. (No problems when using web mail applications). No problems with network or browsing with any browser. I have re-booted multiple times, I have let it try to download for at least 48 hours. I have run windows update and after the update/reboot, Outlook will download email normally for a few moments and then stall again. I truly hope someone can help me here. If this is in the wrong section, please move it to the correct section. I have for weeks now an app or something on my Android phone that after every x number of minutes and whenever I unlock my phone after x number of minutes, opens up my Samsung Browser to often times a .xyz web page. Hi everyone, I downloaded the startup.exe file from the Italian site and found two things: 1) doing the scan with virustotal clamav detects it as Win.Virus.Sality-6812328-0. I guess it's a false positive. I don't always scan the files I download from the total virus but this time I did it out of curiosity and this was the result. I wanted to investigate further and other setups of other antivirus vendors have similar problems. Not all and not all with the same engines. Some are perfectly clean. I am on Chromium Edge, installed Malwarebytes Browser Guard, after reading about it on https://www.ghacks.net/2019/09/02/malwarebytes-browser-guard-for-firefox-and-chrome-leaves-beta/ I have enabled URL Advisor in KIS 2020. I noticed I don’t see the green K logo on the Google search results anymore. I removed Malwarebytes Browser Guard, but it didn’t come back. Any ideas? Thanks.

Since Mozilla changed the way the extensions work I need to avoid that Thunderbird will be update and I must keep it at rel. 60.0 but Kaspersky is updating it automatically. How can I exclude this application to be updated or choose not to have an automatic update refusing it when a new release is published? It is really important as I have several actions base on extensions that are not working anymore... Thank you!!

Hi, yesterday I've encountered strange issue: Consider 4 of my computers, each one runs identical version of KIS 20.0.14.1085, let's call them A,B,C and D. For the longest time everything worked as expected, and every one of the four computers could ping any from the remaining 3 without problem. Yesterday I noticed my NMS reports computer A as down. Investigating computer A I couldn't see any issue, it had lan and internet connectivity and could ping B,C,D without issue. No other computer on the local lan could however ping A. Good night guys, does anybody suffers this problem with the last automatic update of KIS? I recently re install windows because of this and in this week it happen again, so I'm interested if anybody has the same problem, because this behaviour damage the OS. has anyone heard of "witiant . xyz/" ? this website popped up and said i had a security breach, then spammed itself in browser and froze my computer. after rebooting i looked it up and cannot find anything about this website. is this something to take seriously or just a scam? i was also given a number to call for Microsoft support: 1(866)-658-7563(this is not Microsoft support) this is my fist time posting so if this is the wrong place to ask a question about something like this then I do apologize. -Alex

About a week ago I formated my PC, installed Windows 7, then installed all the Windows Updates, then installed drivers, then installed Kaspersky Internet Security Trail. I thinking of buying this program, but whenver I run a scan, my PC gets shut down mid way through scan. This is very bad, please help me. Or would I just be better off uninstalling and finding another anti virus?

Kaspersky autocloses in realme 3 pro phone.... need help to fix this issue

Kaspersky Internet Security gives me warnings about some .js files archived in a second hard drive - see attached list. I cannot find the files in the e-mails location indicated by Kaspersky. Are these files dangereous? How can I find and I delete them?

Kaspersky Internet Security for my Android was just updated. Now, when my screen is locked, it displays the warning icon (triangle with exclamation point inside). As soon as I unlock my phone or turn the screen on the warning icon changes to the "protected" icon (shield with exclamation point inside). Why is this happening? Is my phone at risk when screen is off or locked?

My KIS has just expired - no usual offers and on trying to renew I get "You have a subscription licence which cannot be renewed on www.kaspersky.com. " Yet seems to offer link at the bottom to AV/KIS etc downloads. Do I have to go via that. I can see amazon has downloads with a 2019 KIS (just a key sent via e-mail). I'm already on 19xxx1088(g) will that renew me for a year. Presume I can upgrade to the 2020 with that key as well?
