Video will not play on news website. Suspect Kaspersky blocks it. [Closed]

Hi, On all computers I have running Kaspersky I am unable to view videos on at least dagbladet.no This one for example: https://www.dagbladet.no/video/unike-nye-bilder-av-titanic/uhKPQCzo I have tried to allow both data collection and stop the Anti banner in Google Chrome without luck. The only commonality I can see is Kaspersky. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hello Hoggorm, welcome to the new forum. Can you please describe the problem in more detail? Does an error message appear in the browser or on the website?

The video is not showing up at all, it is only a black hole where it should have been. No error messages at all. The video will just not start.

OK, I'm afraid that doesn't help us. Please go to the KIS settings: 'Settings->Protection' and deactivate 'Anti-Banner' for testing. If this helps, you can create an exception rule for the page and continue to use anti-banner. ('Settings->Protection->Anti-Banner->Allowed Banners')
