Hello. After a scan (with Kaspersky Internet Security) the results detected 1 cloud item ignored. Since the scan’s details show only the beginning and end of the scan, can someone tell me what that “cloud item ignored” stands for and if the scan detecting one could be dangerous for my pc?

Can anyone tell me what a worm called w32.fLAMER IS ? My son insists he has it on his computer and I want to find out how to remove it? Thanks

The KIS software updater tells me that my Foxit version is out of date: that I have 9.1.0 and should have 9.2.0. In fact I have version 9.7.0.29455. Why does KIS not have up-to-date version numbers?

We have 5 PCS and the last licence was for 3yrs and will expire soon, When Looking at prices it is now one year and there is no indication that if I just click Renew on one of the PCs it will do it for all PCs, so I get renewal for 5 pcs or just one ? Sorry to say the product is great but the renewal is very vague and ‘clunky’ as it does not follow a clear path. I would have expected to click renew and see a message saying, ‘renew current licence for 5 devices, select no of years’ and a list of years and prices, or just one if it is yearly now. About halfway through this year, the phone block list function was changed. It became far less convenient to use. We have a lot of problems with malicious calls from criminals in my country and also telemarketers and the like. My mother was reliant on Kaspersky to keep everything blocked. She is old and likes to keep her smartphone stuff simple. Currently, you have to add the number you want to block to your contacts in order to avoid memorizing it and typing it out on the blacklist prompt? Why was it changed this way, and are there any plans to change the UI so that it’s not unduly inconvenient to add numbers to the blacklist again?

Windows 7. You know when you select “remember my choice”, “apply always”, “create rule”, “trust this application”? Also when you configure the firewall so that it always blocks or allows a certain program? And yet Kaspersky ignores everything and always pesters you about it nonstop? It’s very annoying. When I try to open https_://www.g2a.com in my browser, it launches the protected browser and then the screen freezes and I have to reboot the computer. This is replicable and has happened 4 times in a row. I have a computer that’s 2 months old, i7-8565U and i don’t know either how to turn Kaspersky off to go on that site or why it’s happening … any thoughts?

Finde das nicht ! In 7 geht beides, ich hätte ich 8.1 und 10 auch Defender aktiviert oder wechselseitig ausgeschaltet. In Diensten ist Defender deaktiviert und ausgegraut, lässt sich nicht aktivieren ! Hi, I have several companies. I have bought and paid the license annually. Since we have macOS Catalina the Macs block. In Windows 10, they systemize the system and block many programs. Right now, what interests us most is that with the Adobe Lighroom and the open Kaspesky, the session of the 2017 iMac is closed with 20gb of memory. See attached document for screenshots of all of the following. For the last week every time I turn on my PC I get a message saying that neither Windows nor Kasperky Firewall or Security is turned on. However, when I go to ‘Security at a Glance’ it tells me that I am protected and that no action is required. When I go further to ‘Firewall and Network Protection’ it again says that both are turned on. When I then click on ‘Who is Protecting Me’ it initially said that Windows Defender Protection and Firewall were on but that Kaspersky was not. Have gone through the Update Problems list, i.e. reboot, setting time, not on battery, etc. Before reboot, after reboot, does not matter. It hangs at ~97%. Have the current version of KIS. Freshly installed (~two days). This all followed a system problem (apps not running, connecting, etc.) Ultimately I had to do a Win10 64 Pro Reset (removing applications but keeping data). The detailed update report is attached. You can see it ran for about a minute (at 7:24) to get to 97%, then stalled. The report was run at about 7:33. i bought kaspersky internet security 2013 for my clients 6 devices but its not installing on their windows 8 and windows 10, pls what could be the problem?

Can anyone help? I keep getting a message that a file in my Microsoft OneDrive temp folder on my computer has a file infected with uds:trojan.win32.snojan. It is deleted by Kaspesrsky Internet Security 2019. But after a while it is resynced by OneDrive and the problem repeats itself. I have scanned my OneDrive folder for any malware but nothing is found. Is this a false positive? Thank you.

Edge chromium Insider and I keep getting this error message. I have exported the cert and added to the trusted certificate authority (local machine) but still getting that annoying error dialog. Also, why is my version of Kaspersky not updated to 2020 , given the expense of renewing my subscription. BTw the support request form is useless as not matter what I enter in the mandatory fields the submit/save button is not enabled - perhaps you should test this.

I recently installed Kasperksy Internet Security for my Android mobile phone. I swiped into my phone yesterday, 16th November. It showed a notification of an update for 'Facebook New Feature'. I found this strange as I’d have expected it to just show ‘Facebook’. So I clicked on it to start a scan, but Kaspersky would not scan it and said that it was a new app and required the premium version to perform the scan. Nothing suspicious has happened on my phone since that time. I performed a quick scan, then a full scan later. Both returned no issues.
