After installing and enabling the Chrome Extension, I find that a couple Atlassian pages do not function correctly anymore: Viewing an issue using the ‘new view’ in Jira Adding a Helpdesk entry in the helpdesk portalI tried several things, including disabling ad-blocker, and disabling Kapersky protection, and clearing all Internet Data from Chrome - nothing worked After I disabled the Chrome Extension, and now all works as before. I would really like to use the Chrome Extension, but obviously cannot if it causes issues like this. Can you please let me know if you are able to replicate this on an Atlassian account? Before the update i noticed it, can’t even see where it’s located at, when i open Run Sequence it shows- System with 4 processed ID, and Registry with 148 processed ID. It dose not have a signature or anything uses 84 memory and 79 disk. does anybody know what is it never seen it before. Thank you !

In the 30 day trial of this software and do not find it user friendly. Unable to delete or quarantine - only option is to SKIP. Delete button is greyed out . Any ideas?

Hi! I had the message appear on my mac from time to time: extension signed by “Kaspersky Lab UK Limited” which will be incompatible with a future version of macOS. I have no kaspersky software installed, but it still shows the message. I’ve tried to manually remove those extensions, but it seems they appear again after reboot. How could I solve this?

I have a perfectly good website suddenly being blocked by Kaspersky. I have followed all the advice ere: https://support.kaspersky.com/common/error/other/15335 and restarted several times. I use a bank that requires me to enter a code after I sign in to access my accounts. I get the code but the screen I need to enter the code on is blank. I get the green box around the screen but there is nothing on the screen and I cannot proceed to enter the code. This happens when I use safe money. I have tried firefox and edge and neither one works. I can access my account if I DO NOT use safe money.

I’ve been using old version keys to use latest versions so far without any problems until this year. Has something changed? My product is KIS 2012. It is activated on 2020 but not on 21. Anyone has any info on this?

I have a license for KIS 20, which has 279 days left, today KIS was updated to version 21 and did not pick up this license, when I tried to activate with this key, an error occurred that the key is not suitable for this version of the program, is this normal? If so, how to prevent the antivirus from being updated from version 20 to 21, since I have a key for a year. Why my Key is working only in Vietnamese language?

Just some feedback and or an idea. Within the “webcam privacy protection” feature, while using google chrome (or any other browser), It would be great to have the ability to block webcam access to individual/certain websites rather then blocking access for the entire google chrome application. As it is now, I have blocked access for chrome and every time I use a website that I need access to the webcam, I always have to either, temporarily disable the feature or just completely pause protection (depending on how lazy I feel). This has only just started happening with a couple of websites I regularly visit and would like to know whether this is a security or privacy feature of Kaspersky causing this? I’ve done my searching and don’t see anything similar. Therefore I opened a support ticket so in the interim I’ll pass this on just in case… I’m running KIS 2020 - 20.0.14.1085 (l) on W7-SP1 pro with FF 79.0 and the Kaspersky 2020 FF extension. As of yesterday, Safe Money (SM) will try to stop its secure connection process for ALL defined SM sites - looks like a certificate problem if I push it far enough. I re-installed the FF extension, rebooted, but no go. I get to the target site(s) (with connection encrypted) OK if I don’t invoke SM. Has anybody experienced this? Merci bien - JohnB

Good Morning. I realized that a few days ago the database update has registered "resolved dns name" several times in a row. However, despite this, all updates are successful and KIS 2020 (20.0.14.1085 patch L) has an updated database. What does this process mean?

Hello, I am running Windows 7 and Internet Security 2020. Last week, following a product update, I noticed that the launching of KIS at startup hung my PC - just after connectig to Wi-Fi. I uninstalled and re-installed, and this helped for a couple of re-boots, however, as soon as the new installation was updated, the hanging returned. I have to hard power-off my PC and turn on again, and it will work. I have had zero issues previously. The last update was Adobe Acroba Reader DC on 18th August 2020. Any ideas would be welcomed. kaspersky security cloud makes my PC shut down when i try and scan. The tower doesn't feel warm at all so I doubt its overheating.

Problem: MacBook Pro login session breaks after waking up from sleep with KIS 21 installed. Affects: MacBook Pro 16 running Catalina How to reproduce: Install KIS 21.0.0.464. Attatch an external display to MacBook Pro. Do not close the lid, just wait until MacBook Pro goes into sleep. Leave it for about 1 hour. (Wake a MacBook Pro shortly after it goes to sleep does not reproduce the problem.) Wake the Macbook Pro. The display may splash and then the logged in session breaks. You have to login again and you may lose your work.

My computer will randomly start playing sounds, like voices talking from video or music, but I have nothing playing. I closed all my windows but still the sound keeps coming. Any ideas on what it could be? I have Kaspersky Internet Security 20.0.14.1085

I’m trying to send this report to a bug created by some update in the past months using Kaspesky Internet Security 20.0 but I am already in the past 2 hours waiting for this green bar to ‘’transfer in progress’’. How long does it take to complete? The file is not even heavy is just 10 mb.

Hello. I have purchased a license if Internet Security 2020 yesterday for 3 devices. Already installed it yesterday on my laptop (18.08.). When I install Internet Security on my second device (desktop PC) eg in on 20.08. will the 365 countdown for the deskop PC start on the 20th or shows remaining days from first use of the license on the laptop (18.08.)? Hey people. It’s been a while since I have this weird and irritating issue. Every few hours, I have to force quit KIS from Activity Monitor so it gets restarted and let’s browsers, Skype, Telegram Desktop … to work again or else network reachability is blocked for those. When I got my MacBook Pro 2017, it came with OS High Sierra and I never had issues with it. an OS crash happened after an update of MAC OS Sierra and I had to upgrade to Mojave to be able to use the device again and after sometime issue started.
