Does the "Cannot subscribe to Youtube channels" happen if the browser is run in incognito mode? Is the Kaspersky Protection extension installed & enabled? Is Private browsing on or off? Is Anti-Banner on or off? Does the "Cannot subscribe to Youtube channels" happen in every Kaspersky supported browser:Firefox? Chrome?
