Incorrect Data in My Kaspersky.

I went to My Kaspersky website today to change my password.

It said my KIS subscription is broken, or words to that effect, and I cannot get updates - but I am still getting them with no problem.

And it said I only have one device when I have two, one in UK and one abroad.

What’s going on here?

And how can it be corrected?
