I am experiencing an issue with installing KiS. I am getting always the same message: We couldn't establish a secure connection with the application's source. I have tried everything. Any possible solution? Thanks, Manos

When open google page kaspersky protection addon is red why? Web analysis enabled... EDIT : Fixed! Solution : in browser setting i deleted cookies and cache from the whole period. And seems to be worked now.

The “safe money” browser from Kaspersky Internet Security successfully opens on banking websites, but it overlays a popup saying “report problems” to the bottom right of the banks website. For some banks, it blocks the “Ok” button of the website. Can this “report problems” popup be disabled of moved in configuration? I have asked this question to the support already but did not get any reply.

I installed this version clean while keeping the necessary data from the previous installation of version 20. Now I see that there are report events in the file anti-virus section for different .msi files that are present in the system or removable drives. I scanned one of them located on a removable drive, and the reports about it ceased, I had two of those events from different days when I plugged the drive in. The files are all safe, some are installers for programs like Evince, and some for things like Nvidia PhysX. In the system they are located in C:/Windows/Installer. Should KIS be reporting these events if logging of all events is not enabled? I tried to find the …

Hi, I’m having problems downloading “Unminable” (crypto mining app) from their website. The zip files appear empty after the download is complete & when launched for setup the “Miner Files” are not available. I’ve tried to add the folders to the file exclusion list inside kaspersky but still no good. Has anyone overcome the same or similar issues when downloading crypto miners? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have 2 computers with Win 10 in a small business runing in my home. I have a program or aplicaction running in Computer 1 and we are connected to the same private network and I have access to that program from Computer 2. In order to access and run the program in Computer 1 from Computer 2, I have to disable Kaspersky Internet Security in Computer 1 and everything work fine, When I enable Kaspersky Internet Security in Computer 1, from Computer 2 I CANNOT access the program in computer 1. What can I do with the configuration of KIS in computer 1.

I have tried to use this decryptor and for some of the files the decryptor said the file size too large. What can be done with this problem?

Hi there... i ve seen that sometimes Kaspersky I/S (AVP 20.0) loses network connections (already trusted) - actually wipe it at all - sometimes with reboot come again - sometimes not... I have to say - that this happens 1 at 20 times pc reboots/starts but is somehow bad - previous versions not have this problem... Thanks in advance...

Does anyone know how to disable this apparently new function? Now, when I'm playing some games, there's always two icons showing on the bottom right corner, which seems to be something like an audio icon and other looks like a refresh/update icon. I tried clicking it to find out what they were and Kaspersky shut my game down and told me I've blocked graphic hardware access to that application. So, I promptly learned it had something to do with Kaspersky Internet Security. The problem is that I've already trusted the application, everything is working fine again, but these icons still appear. How can I make them go away? Hi, I have KIS and W10 Pro, and am a developer in VB.NET (VS2017/VS2019). In one program there are calls to any of the default apps (i.e. Acrobat Reader for *.pdf, Excel for *.xls* and so on), outside of my program. The calls are issued by “Process” command that essentially make a call to the default app for the extension. Everything was smooth up to approx 1 week ago: from that moment the calls have become *extremely* slow. On an i7 machine I am talking of approx 2-3 secs compared with maybe 0.2-0.3 secs before. Hi. Kaspersky Internet Security did not inform me that it’s File Anti-Virus subsystem was making an interference in the installation of Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-6.0.20-137117. I’m talking about the Notification and Logging (Reports) subsystems. I’m not talking about the File Anti-Virus subsystem. (Whether my setup was problematic, or VirtualBox did it non-standard, or Kaspersky File Anti-Virus made a wrong interference, can be target of another discussion. i am currently using KIS on android. I tried to open a phishing test website and the website shows the text as shown in the picture. Does it mean that KIS on my android doesn't work well in blocking phishing websites?

Interesting that most important feature stopped working (i see it on detailed reports). So blocked then deleted then was stopped system watcher etc... Next thing is when you see this : System watcher was stopped yesterday 1/28/2023 time: 5:11 while was stopped also detected threats from 5:11 to 5:12 (12 items was blocked or deleted) and after this 5:15 was system watcher finally started again. Can someone explain this illogical situation to me?

Hello everyone. I’m new to Kaspersky and I have this specific problem: when I connect to VPN via “Check Point Endpoint Security VPN” it instantly kills Chrome. No way to restart it. No way to end processes in task manager. Closing VPN didn’t restart Chrome anyway. The only solution is to restart computer. I have to use “Check Point Endpoint Security VPN” because of my job. It is the only allowed way how to connect to the company I’m working for. Any ideas how to fix it? Thank you!
