I use Kaspersky internet security 2023 for my pc and whenever i go to getintopc.com it says "Visiting a dangerous website has been prevented" I have used getintopc for 5 years and had no issues with any malware on the site. would it be possible that this is a false positive?

Hi, Suddenly my Firefox is giving a Secure Connection Failed error. Upon some googling from Chrome, I found that some settings/certificate issues in Kaspersky may cause this. So, I tried exiting Kaspersky Internet Security and Firefox works as usual. How do I TURN OFF Secure Keyboard Input? It is always IN THE WAY and always ANNOYING! I use Firefox and the Secure Keyboard Input pop-up is always in the way. It is driving me crazy! Any help would surely be appreciated!

Whenever Kaspersky is running, I cannot access MS Store Apps (xbox game pass, telegram, canva etc.) and Steam Downloads. MS Store comes up with a code: 0x80131500 saying I cannot connect. The moment I disable protection on Kaspersky, EVERYTHING starts functioning usually as it was a few weeks ago. Can someone help me with a permanent solution to this where I can enjoy protection as well as the other software on my PC without hindrance please? Thanks!

I’ve been wondering if KIS scans files that I download automatically? And when? When downloading? Or when accessed? So, I did a test with the EICAR virus text file from ‘this’ site and I did not get any notification at all!! As new updates come dark mode seems to be the new look on applications. Most applications today tend to offer a dark mode option in them. But in Kaspersky Internet Security app for Windows lacks that appearence. Even though this has nothing to do with cybersecurity the bright colors in the UI is harder on the eyes.

Hello. I'm running KAV version 19.0.0.294b.c.d on MacOS 10.13.6. I cannot access the Mac App Store if KAV is running. My Internet connection is fine otherwise, and I can access other sites without any problem. Only by turning off KAV protection am I able to connect to the Mac App Store. If I enable KAV protection, the App Store is no longer accessible. Is there a fix so I can run KAV internet security AND access the App Store.

For two days now a spam site, plankjock.com, is attempting to force a download on my computer, every 3-4 seconds - blocked every time by kaspersky, but it's extremely annoying (especially with the bing-bong every 3-4 seconds notification bell). Any ideas how I can a. get kaspersky to stop the continuous attempts /block the site b. turn off the notification sound and/or c. talk directly to kaspersky support wihtout writing emails/sending contact forms. I have been using Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS) installed in my computers for many years. My KIS is going to expire on 3rd Jan 2024. Last week, I purchased the KIS from Lazada store to renew my KIS. I received the package and noted that the front page of the Activation Card states that the Activation Code must be used before the end of 2022. I am now puzzed if I can still use this new KIS to renew my existing KIS for year 2024. The Lazada store has rejected my request for a refund of this expired activation card. After I installed KIS I got the message: Code integrity control is enabled in the operating system. Some application features are unavailable. I have tried contacting KAS Support, but still no response, I have also tried several solutions on the internet but to no avail. so this started a while ago my netflix and disney plus app wouldnt connect. i tried the usual efforts. they would connect through chrome though. then one day when i was trying to figure out what was going on i noticed that there was a microsoft edge error. So i opened edge and it wouldnt connect to any pages either. again thgought it was an edge issue typical efforts to fix issue. None of these resolve the issue.
