  2. Hi @Dr.Mabuse , nur zur Sicherheit. Du bekommst NUR nach einer vollständigen Untersuchung keine Benachrichtigung aber bei den anderen Untersuchungen erhälst Du Benachrichtigungen? Im englischen Forum gab es eine ähnliche Problematik. Allerdings wurden da keine Benachrichtigungen bei einem Fund gemeldet. Ursache bei fehlenden Bachrichtigungen ist, dass im Installationsprozess von Kaspersky ein Fehler aufgetreten ist. Eine Neuinstallation von Kaspersky war da die Lösung! Link Hast Du das Problem von Anfang an oder hast Du Änderungen an den Einstellungen gemacht? LG Tschekker

  6. @Natan Você já tentou atualizar o sistema operacional e os drivers do sistema? Talvez possa ser alguma incompatibilidade de drivers ou algo do tipo com relação ao Kaspersky Como te disse, não há relatos aqui na comunidade desse problema (pelo menos eu não os conheço)... Peço que nesse caso que você entre em contato com o suporte técnico → Suporte Técnico Eles devem solicitar mais informações sobre o assunto e provavelmente vão pedir que você envie alguns logs do seu sistema (não poste nenhum log aqui) e vão te guiar para tentar resolver o problema

  12. The issue is when opening any chapter I get this warning of an "infection" Windows 11 version : 23H2 (build 22631.3527) The issue is repeatable on Edge, Vivaldi, Firefox, Floorp.

It's not possible for the Community to give advice about third-party merchants selling Kaspersky software but we'll share these observations, the Kaspersky Security Cloud free version you speak of is: v2021.03.10.391, dated: Feb 8th, 2022. As we advised in your previous topic, Kaspersky Security Cloud free has been replaced by Kaspersky's *new* Kaspersky Free for Windows®, v21.17.7.539.0.26.0, dated: 8th ‎September ‎2023. We've already assured you about the protection of Kaspersky's software in your previous topic: What do I do when the license expires? IF the answer is YES, in (your) MyKaspersky account, in the Devices tab, has Kaspersky Security Cloud been removed? IF the answer is YES, please go to the next point: Is the email you're using the same email that was used for Kaspersky Security Cloud? IF the answer is YES, please try another email address.
