Hey everyone, Tonight when I search on Google via chrome, 3 times I’ve had below pop up, I’ve never seen it before: HEUR:Trojan-Clicker Script GhostPlugin.gen It tells me it’s a Trojan type and that the object is: https://youronlinesearches.com/script/r.php?a=3201&uid=52863x0000xzzz7. ZZZZZZZZZ However Kaspersky tells me that it has blocked the download each time, this while I’m on Google via chrome, I’ve never seen this before and the only sites I go on are legit ones. I have done a quick scan and it comes back with nothing found, Kaspersky tell me: Event: Malicious object detected User: ***** (I’m not inc this for privacy) Usertype: Initiator Application name: chrome.exe Application path: C:\Program Files|Google|Chrome/Application Component: Safe Browsing Result description: Detected Type: Trojan Can anyone help?

  6. Bonsoir, j'ai le même problème avec Discord et mon jeu New world. Rien ne fonctionne mais quand je désactive l'antivirus, là ça marche, je peux jouer tranquille et aller sur l'appli de discord. Cela fait des années que j'ai Kaspersky comme antivirus, depuis 2013 et je crois que je vais rompre le contrat. c'est pas normal que ça me fait ça d'un coup, j'ai windows 11 aussi. Demain je recommencerai ce que vous lui avez conseillé à Ajiro18, si ça marche pas, je pense vraiment de rompre le contrat que j'ai avec Kaspersky surtout que je ne suis pas du tout débrouillard en informatique, je m'y connais pas du tout en informatique alors c'est très dur pour moi tout cela.. Je ne sais pas si je peux mettre la clé de licence ici ? j'ai oublié que c'est vraiment insupportable que tout soit en anglais, je ne connais pas l'anglais.. bonne soirée!
  7. Hallo @Kasper17, ich denke, es soll einfach aufgeräumt werden. Das Forum und auch My Kaspersky unterliegen in der EU der GDPR (auf deutsch DSGVO) und halten sich selbstverständlich daran. Nicht mehr benötigte Daten sollten gelöscht werden. Dass die Sache mit Deiner Mailadresse damit zu tun hat, ist reine Spekulation. Wir kennen die internen Vorgänge nicht. Rein technisch ist es kein Problem für einen Seitenanbieter, jegliche Eingabe in ein Formular auszulesen und "nach Hause" zu übermitteln, auch wenn Du die Eingabe dann wieder löscht. Kaspersky gehört aber zu den "Guten", ich denke nicht, dass da unrechtmäßig Daten gesammelt wurden. Es muss irgendeine andere Erklärung geben. Vielleicht gab es ein Konto, vielleicht hat die Mail einen anderen Grund. Wir wissen es einfach nicht... Ich würde mir keine größeren Gedanken mehr machen, wahrscheinlich ist die Sache damit erledigt.

  12. Ok, I have been trying different configs that comes with VPN, and I agree that it does not work: Tried with London node too, and in both cases the site even does not open, just got blank page. In both cases also got some disconnections...
  13. Same problem here in Greece ... was working fine 2 days ago ... got it to work yesterday by reloading continuously the website (BBC) for about 3/4 of an hour

  16. Danke für deine Überlegungen, @Schulte. Dass ich die Mail eigentlich garnicht erhalten sollte? Auch möglich. Ich habe mir unter anderem auch gedacht, dass es vielleicht überhaupt gar kein Konto gab, über welches sie in dieser E-Mail sprechen. Vielleicht habe ich einmal zufällig von dieser privaten Mail Adresse Kaspersky Lab angeschrieben und seitdem hatten sie meine E-Mail-Adresse. Glaubst du, dass es technisch möglich wäre, dass sie eine E-Mail-Adresse für ein Konto halten?

I'm experiencing a critical issue on my system related to the Kaspersky driver klwtp.sys, which is causing black screens (BSOD) with the error BAD_POOL_CALLER (0xC2), parameter 1 = 0x99, attempt to free pool with invalid address or pool header corruption. The active process during the crash is avp.exe, affecting the Windows Firewall driver fwpkclnt.sys. I created the incident request INC000017769801, but I am not having good support at all. Could anyone help me, please?
