Well, this happened in 4 pc's... Some "leftovers" of the previous version remained in the registry and kavremover cleaned them. (see registry snapshot - no reference to old version path) "Clean" install is always better. No issues reported by diagnostics in all the machines. All is working 100% now.

It's possible that it was made not by kavremover, but simply by the reinstallation itself. I didn’t mean this particular modification. I guess something other was modified in OS before. Or - some other issue in your OS.

Nothing is modified. Using Kavremover before re-install also solved this "glitch"! "Open App" is working fine now on all pc's. I only have 1 PC with the webview2 disabled for testing purposes. So far so good.

Потому что в аккаунте есть коммерческая лицензия, хоть и истекшим сроком действия. Просто кейс, что кто-то в здравом уме и твердой памяти, решит отказаться от использования полнофункциональной версии и сделает выбор в пользу бесплатной, не рассматривался. Вам нужно либо удалить текущий аккаунт , либо создать новый, для использования при активации Фрее

Она же пока не используется. Когда у вас закончится текущая подписка, новая активируется автоматически или программа предложит ее активировать

This once again shows that all 4 systems are affected by the same problem. Perhaps - the result of various modifications.

Here can be only one use: do not go into the files and folders of the product with such modifications. It's not useful to you, experience will not allow to listen. But it may save from different problems someone else who will read this thread.

Running sfc /scannow solved the problem.

Это чинится, покрайне мере в мак и андроид верссии. Зайдите в запись, нажмите изменить, там будет параметр "где авторизоватся" выберите вариант где перед доменом стоит звездочка, тогда будет подтягивать пароли к записям с портами.

Я написал в поддержку этот же вопрос. Посмотрим, что ответят. Постараюсь не забыть отправить сюда ответ поддержки.

Присоединяюсь к вопросу с дополнением, а как вообще посмотреть отчет о проверке в терминале. удалялось ли что то или отправлялось на карантин? А то как бы запустить проверку можно, а как результат узнать не ясно. Если нет иксов.

I'm pretty sure nobody tested the latest build in Windows 10, because I reproduced this little "bug" in 4 different pc's running windows 10 22H2. Maybe Kaspersky is assuming all of his costumers have already migrated to Windows 11???

It works (opens the Kaspersky GUI) in Windows 11 24h2. Windows 10 issue I'm assuming.

Пытаюсь перейти с версии Premium обратно на Free - пишет, что Вы не можете использовать Free для этого аккаунта. Почему? Я скачал версию Free и ее установил. "В аккаунте нельзя использовать бесплатную подписку". Что мне делать? Создать новый аккаунт?
