Всем привет) Вот ностальгия у человека. Помню случай - на macOS у нас рык льва при обнаружении. Так вот человек запустил на ночь полную проверку, только забыл отключить колонки\убавить громкость. В общем сработал детект и он "проснулся", как и его соседи 😁

Добрый день! На данный момент могут наблюдаться, по не зависящим от нас причинам, сетевые проблемы с доступом к сайтам через некоторые VPN локации Kaspersky Secure Connection. В качестве временного решения Вы можете, по возможности, использовать файл конфигурации, скачанный с My Kaspersky, на роутере ( https://support.kaspersky.com/KPC/1.0/ru-RU/227551.htm), с любой из VPN локаций, с которой нет проблем, а, затем, на устройстве, которое подключено к этому роутеру, включить необходимую VPN локацию, с которой возникала проблема». На Windows устройстве можно использовать такую функциональность: https://support.kaspersky.com/KSDE/Win5.15/ru-RU/255391.htm (при условии, что установлена актуальная версия KSeC). Сначала включить VPN через одну локацию, затем через нужную. Рекомендуем пробовать Новосибирск и Москву. Далее подключаться к другим, по инструкции выше.

Hello @K0908, Thank you for posting back & the information! An .apk would've required *you* to grant install permissions. IF (you've) no idea where it's from & IF (you) don't use it - uninstall it. The *genuine* Samsung Internet App is available from Google Play Store & (Samsung) Galaxy Store, see image below. For future help, it is scary😨 when random-alerts pop-up, but, there are actions *you* can take for *unknown* OR even *known* apps, get the exe OR .apk, upload it to VirusTotal & Kaspersky Threat Intelligence portal & scan; with the results either come to Community OR log a case directly with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> request the Kaspersky Virus Lab to analyse the issue, always provide a *detailed-history* = full device OS & build, software version, problem start date, new problem, ongoing problem, actions taken to remediate, etc. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

Подробности нужны. Какую программу пытаетесь переустановить, на какую систему. Приложите скриншот, где он что требует.

@Wikutora, @dvarv, @xGOSTx, хочу обратить ваше внимание, что здесь на форуме шаманов, гадалок и экстрасенсов нет и если бывают, то очень и очень редко, почти никогда. Поэтому необходимо максимально подробно описывать ситуацию, что и как не работает (можно со скриншотами или видео), так как у меня как минимум все работает. Если желания подробно описать ситуацию нет, тогда пробуйте обратиться в официальную поддержку: https://support.kaspersky.ru/b2c/ru#contacts , может быть они смогут понять вас "в двух словах - не работает".

Более конкретный ответ вам смогут дать только в техподдержке.

Добрый день! Пытаюсь переустановить программу и он требует какой то kltun.sys что это? По описанию ошибки скачал новую версию с сайта .Проблема не ушла

у меня не работает почти и только один виртуальный сервер последние два дня хотя изначально список был больше.Как быть?

Звонки контролирует Who Calls. Там можно запретить прием звонков не из книжки контактов например. Перенаправлять - нет, и скорее всего это функция оператора, перенаправлять например, после сброса.

Никакие ограничения не включались. Еще раз отметим, что в Китае VPN ограничен и об этом явно предупреждаем.

Hi. First time using kaspersky premium and I am still learning the ins and outs. How do I disable the feature of where kaspersky keep asking me for permission to allow apps to access registry? While I appreciate the security tightness, it get very tedious to click allow every time I boot my pc or launch an app that I know and trusted. Cheers! :D Picture below.

I have no idea. I have never used Samsung Internet App. When I tried to open the app instead of chrome, it asked me to accept terms and such. I have always been using chrome and brave on this phone since purchase. Let's hope no more false positives in near future. Kind of scary when a random alert pops up.

Do I have to pay anything when using Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Exchange Server?

Some technologies are described in this article. It has been used for quite a long time. But I didn't notice that there are more false detections. And I don't think it's possible to make such conclusions based on a couple of detections.

Die " Internet Security" solltest du unbedingt auch (kostenlos) durch die "Standard" ersetzen.

I reanalyzed the totalvirus link in my previous post, and it no longer detected by Kaspersky. So that was a false positive. This one is probably the same. I heard Kaspersky started using AI detection now. Is this one of the side affect? I never had any false positive issue in my last decade of using Kaspersky. But it started to happen quite often now.
