Here's where Kaspersky doesn't seem to get the problem. It's that we all totally disagree with this whole transition in the first place, like, just go back to where it was beforehand. Too many features and locations now gone, and now we're dealing with a shady company virtually no one uses their service (PureVPN), who's had a bad reputation and is easily discovered that they do NOT deliver on quality and in respects to privacy and security, they're pretty questionable. Clearly a blatant measure to cut costs, at the cost of butchering the whole VPN experience for all. I can ramble on this for another whole two paragraphs.

Main reason why I loved the VPN, was the Catapult Hydra protocol, which is the fastest I've seen so far. I literally did the same thing, read their new "VPN Statement", and then investigated wth is PureVPN and found it super sketchy. I'd suspect they went for the absolute cheapest option available in the market. I feel like the VPN is practically killed off in a sense. It's dead to me though.

С пингом есть проблема! YouTube через VPN с российской лицензией пока не заработал. Тех поддержка решает этот вопрос, им известна ситуация, так меня проинформировали. Есть проблема с доступом к сайтам с нейросетями, приложения и сервисы через VPN не работают, тп тоже было сообщено. При включённом VPN было замечено, что регион не меняется, к примеру если выбрать США то сайты, сервисы знают ваш реальный регион. Все это немного странно.

Cutting costs is gonna be why. Just check out the PureVPN website, I found it to be mediocre and their Holiday Sale alone, kind of tells me that they were the cheapest alternative Kaspersky could've chosen to switch to. And I'm extremely disappointed and salty about it. I want that Catapult Hydra and that manual WireGuard config. Also their Turkey/Türkiye server has become abysmal.

That's the problem. They literally DOWNGRADED the whole VPN experience by changing from some company (Pango or something), to that of PureVPN, which now sucks, has less locations, has worse performance, no double hop, no Catapult Hydra (I miss it so terribly), and no manual WireGuard for a router/Linux, and I sincerely and strongly disagree with this whole decision. I just paid for another year of Kaspersky Premium for 5 devices, only for the VPN to sink low to hell not 6 days after. I really enjoyed the Catapult Hydra protocol, since it's the fastest I've seen so far. PureVPN seems like a terrible choice.

Что то совсем плохо всё стало. Пинг просто ужасный. Торговать (скальпировать) на Binance и Bybit теперь вообще не реально. Будто всех юзеров KSC посадили на один сервер с одним портом, все запросы ставят в очередь, а трафик делят на всех. Не сервис, а тихий ужас...

@NicoCase, please clarify, are you located in Russia?

ТСПУ и раньше работало как впрочем и сейчас, но доступ к YoyTube через KSC до перевода всех на Pure VPN был. Теперь видимо изменилась политика ЛК, что напрямую отразилось на клиентах. p.s. Доступ к YoyTube и сейчас есть, но через сторонние программы, не буду называть какие. Несмотря на работу ТСПУ.

Здравствуйте, а планируется в будущем на Windows разблокировка хранилища по отпечатку пальца (Windows Hello)? Сейчас такая функция есть, но при первом запуске после перезагрузки системы сначала нужно ввести мастер-пароль, было бы удобней сразу по отпечатку открывать. На iOS спокойно по лицу можно сразу открывать, может так же сделать на винде?

Была у меня годовая лицензия действовала до 25.12.25, мне пришло уведомление о том, что 25.12.25 будут списаны деньги за продление лицензии автоматически. Я решил отказаться от этой опции (автоматического списания денег). Тогда мне пришло уведомление, что моя лицензия заканчивается 25.12.25. Прошло немного времени примерно неделя, я решил купить новую лицензию т.к. все работало и не было проблем. Я купил новую лицензию за 2499.00 руб. Старая моя лицензия на 5 устройств тут же аннулировалась, а оставшиеся дни перешли в новую, всего 388 дней стало и тут же 01.12.25 VPN перестал работать, на ютуб не зайти, сайт тупо не грузится или идёт сбой обрыв сети (21.23.6.614-3 (a) вот версия по). Прошло 5 дней ничего не поменялось. Вот ответ из службы поддержки: Уважаемый пользователь, Благодарим Вас за обращение! Экспертами была заведена ошибка (баг) с номером 9237074, и запрос передан напрямую разработчикам. Сейчас ведутся работы по изучению проблемы. Когда у нас появятся какие-либо новости касательно работы YouTube при включенном VPN-соединении, мы обязательно уведомим Вас в рамках этого запроса. К сожалению, на данный момент это вся информация, которой мы обладаем. Приносим свои извинения за неудобства.
