Я на ежедневной основе пользуюсь сервисами с доступом по ssh-протоколу. И я хочу надежно хранить мои приватные ssh-ключи в KPM, чтобы иметь к этим ключам защищенный доступ на всех своих устройствах. Кроме того, я время от времени подписываю разные электродокументы при помощи УКЭЦП и хочу так же секьюрно хранить свой сертификат УКЭЦП в KPM. Иными словами, я хочу для хранения ssh-ключей и УКЭП-сертификатов использовать KPM так же, как я использую его для хранения паролей. Для этого всего хотелось бы иметь возможность сохранять в разделе "Документы" не только pdf-файлы, но и любые другие файлы, поскольку сертификаты УКЭЦП и приватные ssh-ключи в зависимости от формата могут иметь целый набор разных расширений.

i did wireshark, sent GSI report. provide everything... for the last 3 month... and how could you say i am not sending everything. my frustration is i sent everything and the resort is please use hotspot for VPN...

I have been connecting with support for almost 3 month now with no solution. They simply said it can't connect to my internet provider. The things is, it is okey and fine before the migrate happened. They give solution of having to have different WIFI connection, hotspot and such. for me it is unacceptable. My ethernet connection is stable and can be used with VPN before the migrate happened. Now it keep looping to find internet connection while i can do other thing well with my ethernet stable connection. And I am a kaspersky plus user means i have premium and unlimited but useless for 3 month now.

I have been running Kaspersky Endpoint 11.4.0 for Linux on Linux Mint 22.1 and have been telling Kaspersky for two years that they should package their Endpoint for Linux for home users - and after downloading the Kaspersky for Linux install kit and installing it have to say that it looks like that is what they have done. Installation looks almost the same and module names are the same. Not yet having a license I don't know what the Kaspersky for Linux GUI looks like. I attached a picture of the Endpoint window so perhaps someone can say if it's similar. Kaspersky support in late December told me that Kaspersky for Linux is available in the following countries: Australia South Africa Hong Kong Philippines Singapore Azerbaijan Kazakhstan Belarus If you are interested in Kaspersky Endpoint for Linux a license can be purchased from Laptops with Linux in the EU. I don't have the Kaspersky Endpoint kit download links at hand right now to post. [Found it: here] Since I do not live in the EU in order to activate it I had to VPN into the EU - after activation no problem as long as it can access the Kaspersky update servers.

The support told me otherwise that is real, I've added to exclusions, will have to try again

Bonjour/Bonsoir j'ai eu un problème lorsque j'enlevai le cache code, cependant en enlevant le cache code j'ai endommagé le code à tel point qu'il est devenu illisible. Comme puis je faire pour activer mes postes puisque c'est une licence pour 4 postes.

Even when i remove Kaspersky from the Windows, problem stays the same. Because Kaspersky permanently breaked some things on the Windows. Everything works fine with fresh Windows install and without Kaspersky.

Попробуйте в безопасном режиме. AVbr.exe желательно переименовать и запускать не с рабочего стола. Но лучше начать с KVRT. Тоже в безопасном режиме и тоже сначала переименовать.

Hi folks, been trawling the interwebs and forums etc for a few days to try and solve this issue but all of the suggestions I'm seeing on other people's similar issues are simply not working for me! So... had Kaspersky Safe Kids installed on a Samsung Flip 6 phone (UK, O2 network)... has been installed for approx 1 year I'm guessing and worked generally OK in that time. At Christmas, the user got a new phone. I set up a new "child" profile and installed KSK on the new device, no problem, all good on the new phone. The old phone is now going to be sold, but I need to remove KSK from it before I can do a factory reset. And therein lies the problem, I cannot for the life of me get the thing to uninstall and it's driving me around the bend! I started with Kaspersky's own instructions... open the app on the device > click 'for parents' > click 'uninstall' > enter credentials... as soon as I enter the credentials, it quickly flashes up "signing in" but then goes back to the parent's screen again... if i click 'uninstall' again, we get stuck in the same loop where I sign in then it's straight back to the parents screen. I found an older thread on this forum about going onto the desktop parents control and disabling the monitoring etc first, then try again, but have the same issue. Every time I sign in on the device and choose 'uninstall', it throws me back to the main screen and I get a dropdown notification saying "Uninstalling... can't uninstall active device admin app" with a link inviting me to "manage device admin apps".... when I click that option, I get a screen showing KSK with a bullet-list of all the functions KSK has control over, and two options at the bottom: [Cancel] or [Deactivate]... unfortunately, the option I want (deactivate) is greyed out and not available. When I try to close the app and start over, I get a message saying "Security policy restricts you from stopping this application". I did manage to find an alternative route where I was asked to sign in to my KSK account and when I entered the password, I got the parents screen with a popup saying "are you sure you want to uninstall this app?" however when I click 'yes', it just darkens the screen and shows the spinning wheel saying "please wait..." - that just stays on the screen for eternity but doesn't actually do anything (i left it for up to 20 mins at one point, just in case it was taking its time, but it still did nothing). I am literally going around in circles with everything I try but getting absolutely nowhere. I need this removed as a matter of urgency as the phone is being sold to a family member (an adult) who is currently without a phone and needing one! Is anyone able to help solve this issue before my final remaining strands of non-grey hair turn grey?! 😭
