I purchased Kaspersky Premium for 5 devices, with the license managed from my computer. All devices currently have the software installed. Recently, I bought a new computer for myself and would like to install Kaspersky on it as well (a sixth license). For this purpose, I understand that I need to upgrade the license to 10 devices. What is the correct sequence of actions I should take to install Kaspersky on my new computer and manage the other 5 devices from it?

更新卡巴斯基21.24.8.522后在火狐启用卡巴斯基插件会导致卡巴斯基自动退出后重新启动，而且在该过程中并没有程序崩溃的弹窗告警。在23版本的KIS中则一切正常。火狐版本为147.0.2 (64 位)。在浏览器里停用卡巴插件后KIS没有再自动退出重启。

Последние пару недель раз-два в неделю процесс Kaspersky Service 21.23 начинает грузить процессор на 23-25%. Жду час и ничего не происходит, грузит постоянно. Помогает только перезагрузка

@MR2 Welcome. Please try this : Disable (Uninstall) Kaspersky Plus Go to https://my.kaspersky.com/MyLicenses#/portal/pages/licenses → Kaspersky Plus → Download After download , the on top installation will start automatically. Wen the installation is completed → update Databases Reboot (Shutdown)

Если перейти на скачивание плагина управления из консоли KSC - скачивается плагин для 12.11, а не 12.12. Исправьте.

Решил немного "поиграться", в итоге сейчас не могу ничего сделать. - Установил плагин под новую версию KES Linux 12.4. - Создал его резервную копию. - Удалил плагин 12.4 (остался висеть в списке в надписью "Удалено") - Попытался восстановить плагин из резервной копии - написано "Восстановлено с ошибками". И теперь я не могу ни поставить его заново (ошибка плагин уже такой есть), ни обновить (не удалось обновить), ни удалить (ошибка - не удалось удалить данный плагин). Кстати резервную копию веб-плагина тоже удалить не могу. Тоже нажимаю "удалить" и вообще ничего не происходит. В итоге приложение kes 12.4 настроить параметры не могу - пишет не установлен веб-плагин. И главное в событиях веб-консоли не могу найти ошибки. Что сделать можно? Кстати попытался восстановить данные из резервной копии сервера администрирования... Взял самую старую копию, которую смог найти, аж от 16 января.. Восстановлено успешно, политики которые после этого настраивал, откатились, а плагин в таком же состоянии. Хотя точно помню, что с плагином игрался гораздо позже. Может какие то расширенные логи можно посмотреть? Где их искать, чтобы понять почему ничего не работает?

Hello Kaspersky Community and Lab Team, I am reporting a persistent false positive issue involving a popular RPG game translation and optimization tool called Mtool. Tool Website: https://mtool.app/ Detection Type: Typically flagged as Trojan.Win64.DLLhijack.gen. Involved File: version.dll (located in various game root directories). Description of the Issue: When using Mtool to translate RPG Maker games, the tool places a version.dll file into the game's folder to enable localized text rendering and UI overlays. Kaspersky frequently flags this file as a Trojan or a DLL Hijacking attempt and deletes it. The tool is widely used by the gaming community for playing legally purchased titles in different languages. The tool uses the standard DLL Search Order Hijacking technique to hook into the game process. While this behavior mimics malware, it is a functional requirement for the translation engine to work without modifying the original game's encrypted assets. Please note that Mtool generates or modifies the version.dll specifically for each game engine instance. As a result, the hash value across different game directories, making individual file exclusions ineffective. Could the Lab team please analyze the core logic of the Mtool injection component and consider creating a generic signature or a heuristic whitelist for its behavior? This would prevent thousands of users from having to manually disable their protection when playing translated games. После подключения к сети организации через Wi-Fi, не удается подключиться к домашней сети. Подозреваю, что дело в какой-то политике в KSC, но нигде не могу найти нужного правила.

Hi I have this issue as well it auto update and then now i cannot launch my vm as ever time it crashes my vm is using Ubuntu
