I also have read this, but I have not expected to break all with this update. We have updated dozens of VM's from Debian12 to 13 and nothing was broken. But OK, I will reinstall a Debian Bookworm and restore a backup now

As stated above, after upgrading our VM with kaspersky Security Center 15 to Debian13 I cannot login on the management console: Has anybody the same experience and maybe a solution for this problem? Thanks in Advance

Thank you for your reply. I don't have the version numbers. However, the versions are all updated. The problems have been happening over the past year, but all solutions are kept up to date.

When i want install KPM addon via KPM program browsers redirects me on this web https://support.kaspersky.com/us/faq/2024-us-sales-statement I am not in US. Why i see this? And where download KPM addon? Addon for brave or chrome. EDIT : found addon via google link in chrome web store. But i can´t search directly in web store.. Also not sure which version of addon is latest.

Reading the problem history, (ioo) it's unusual to have a "Failed to import data" under these circumstances - there's *very-old* doco that covers the issue IF the KPM versions are *different* -> IF we understand the information provided that's *not* the case here, but, it's worth a read so we're providing it on an *information-only-not-solution* basis: Importing data from previous versions of Kaspersky Password Manager. Is the KPM software installed on the Win 10 Lenovo from the *combined* Kaspersky Plus/KPM OR an individual install of KPM? IF it's combined -> *uninstall* KPM, reboot with a *full* power OFF, power ON, download a new KPM, install KPM, recheck the sync & data import issues - IF the issues persist please submit a request to Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> select Email, fill in the template as shown in the last image, provide a *detailed history* Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available? Когда представитель компании написал что проблема действительно есть, это стало понятно. До того, это было совсем не очевидно. Проблема не массовая. У меня например до сих пор все работает как и раньше работало.

Аналогично - прихожу домой с работы и делаю ровно то же действие что делаю последние года полтора-два. Нажимаю на ярлык программы, нажимаю подключиться - в выборе сервер который нормально работал буквально вчера. Не работает. Позвольте заметить что немного мерзко давать советы будто пользователь индивидуально тупит и ему надо перезагрузить компьютер или переустановить программу. Видно же что проблема массовая. К чему делать из платящих клиентов - идиотов?

Hello fnfunkin, if you have costs or not depends on the License you have now. For sure Business Software is normally not without any costs. If you have any Products for Business where Kaspersky Security for Mail Server is included you can use it and there you normally can choose which Product you would like to use. KSE directly on MS Exchange KSMG as Gateway or KSO365 for Office 365 Server

Hello Nobody2025, regarding the Online Help that is growing and growing with a lot of help you have to prepare you're Hypervisor and Network like described in the Help: https://support.kaspersky.com/KSVLA/6.3/en-US/255438.htm After you prepared your Network and Hypervisor and KSC you should start to deploy the SVM (Security Virtual Machine) this is the second point where you add the License. https://support.kaspersky.com/KSVLA/6.3/en-US/255919.htm In short it is like Download Kaspersky Products Management Components install them on KSC after that deploy SVM on your Hypervisor with the Help of KSC where the Deployment Wizard is available after the Installation of Management Components and than you can deploy KES for Windows in Light Agent Mode on your Hosted Devices.
