Thank you for the explanation !! So, you didn't had any problem activating the Latvia, Estonia or Lithuania version with your Hungarian My Kaspersky. That's what i thought, at least for anyone that lives in EU. Maybe if someone thet lives in USA, UK, Asia etc. needs a vpn upon the first login/activation to the application, but obviously i don't know for sure if that's the case. And as you said and as i had said, from My Kaspersky you can only download the application in your language (depending the country you had choose). But it's not that bad as you need to download it only once, then you can save the .exe on your computer if you needed again.

On the MacBook, how many *User-profiles* are there & what *Authority-level* has been assigned to each profile? Which KSK *Age-template* has been selected (for your child)? Exit KSK - make sure it's not running OR active. Reset Chrome -> chrome://settings/reset. Disable the remaining QUIC options. Exit both browsers. Shutdown the Mac, end the session so the next step is physically power-on of the Mac, login. Make sure KSK is running. Recheck & advise the outcome please? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

Not quite. I had to create a new Kaspersky account because it just activated. First I installed it in English, registered an account in my own region. I activated it, everything was fine. Then I deleted Kaspersky Free. I downloaded the application from My Kaspersky, now in Hungarian, you just have to download it, it downloads in your own language. I installed it, and when activating, I logged into the newly created account. That's how Kaspersky Free became in my own language, it didn't have the option to download in Hungarian before, only in English or other languages. The procedure was the same until now, I basically had to install it 2x to get it in my own language. My Kaspersky is Hungarian regional. I hope I described it correctly.

Made the recommended changes. It issStill allowing adult websites but on the other hand blocked "electronic commerce" which is supposed to be allowed.

Is there maybe an issue if Kaspersky premium is also on the same Mac? On the other hand it blocked "electronic commerce" which is actually allowed in the settings. What is going on, Kaspersky?

Нет. Да. Как я и говорил, лишь на одном ПК Агент без проблем привязался к Серверу. Я его уже в KSC добавил в Управляемые устройства и обновил базы с помощью Задачи, созданной для этого. klnagent64, на этом ПК, спокойно прослушивает порты 13000 и 14000 (p.s. lsof) Да.

У меня и 21.21 подключается. Это от провайдера может зависеть. Поэтому стоит обратиться в техподдержку чтобы они проверили.

Добрый вечер, @sobaka1234, Все подключается и работает: У Вас какая версия установлена (в цифрах)? Какая операционная система? Какой интернет-провайдер? Попробуйте скачать и установить самую актуальную 21.22.7.466. Потом перезагрузить компьютер и проверить ситуацию.

Can you explain this to me a little more ?? When you download it from your My Kaspersky it will be download it in the language/region you had choose in your account as i know. And also if i understand it correctly you are from Hungary and you couldn't activated with your existing Hungarian My Kaspersky and you needed a new one choosing Latvia, Estonia or Lithuaniaas your country, right ??

Use Safari or make the modification as per this important information: Kaspersky Safe Kids for Mac, Types of restrictions for your child Chrome: To disable the QUIC (HTTP/3) protocol in Google Chrome, navigate to chrome://flags in the address bar, search for "Experimental QUIC protocol" and set it to "Disabled". Then, relaunch Chrome for the change to take effect: Firefox: To disable the HTTP/3 (QUIC) protocol in Firefox, navigate to about:config in the address bar, acknowledge the warning, find the preference network.http.http3.enable, and change the value from true to false. I set up Safe Kids, chose to limit adult websites, but it does not block them on Chrome, with Macbook on mac os sequoia. Help please.

Я пытаюсь подключится к серверу Азербайджана, но приложение просто показывает: ''Подключение..." и не подключается. Я сидел ждал где то 15 минут смотря на это и оно все равно не подключилось. Когда я пытаюсь подключиться к другим серверам, например Германия, то оно сразу подключается. Я не понимаю откуда взялась эта проблема. Был бы рад помощи

你这个有可能遇到bug了。只能卸载重装了。 也有可能是设置里-界面设置-配置通知。文件反病毒这块设置有问题。。。（但是恢复默认还不行我觉得还是应该是bug）

YOU can buy a *new* subscription from whichever reputable source (you) wish, we recommend purchasing from Kaspersky OR Amazon Kaspersky, but people buy from many different sources - where the subscription is purchased is IRRELEVANT - as long as the subscription is not PIRATED. Kaspersky always recommends - NEVER purchase from EBAY. IF (you've) purchased a multi-user subscription & (you) wish to SHARE that subscription - whether the subscription is NEW or EXISTING, use the EMAIL SHARING method that's documented; for that to happen the subscription has to be ACTIVE. It's not possible to share a multi-user subscription that has not been activated. When the multi-user subscription is ACTIVATED - then it can be shared - however, IF the existing users already have a SHARED subscription - according to the DOCUMENTED process then a RESERVE subscription will activate *automatically* when the EXISTING subscription EXPIRES - IF YOU have set-up subscription-sharing correctly. The users of the *Shared-subscription* do not need to worry about product key(s); IF (you) have *followed* the Shared protection package documentation the email (you) send them will *authorise* activated software for their computer(s); it would be in (your) interests IF (your) users *also* read *all* of the documentation. Have (you) asked KCS to store the reserve licenses (in your MyKaspersky account) so the codes *activate* in the correct order - when the existing subscription expires? IF 'no' you need to do that. А трафик вообще приходит на KSC Linux? Что показывает дамп сетевого трафика? Включен ли межсетевой экран на KSC Linux?

Подключение с клиентов к серверу прямое? Сервер с проблемных клиентов резолвится? Как вариант, попробуйте переподключить агента администрирования по IP сервера с помощью klmover, что-то типа того: # echo пароль_агента_администрирования| /opt/kaspersky/klnagent64/bin/klmover -address 192.168.1.1 , если получится, то попробуйте понять, что мешает обычной работе сетевых сервисов. Как вариант, вручную подкиньте сертификат сервера администрирования на проблемные клиенты.
