Hello @Plasten59, these are not 'damages' caused by malware, but the default settings of Windows. MS is primarily concerned with the convenience of the user, the security of the system comes second. Kaspersky looks at it differently. However, autostarting from an unknown USB stick, for example, can be very dangerous. The malware may be given free rein if it is simply allowed to start.

When I opened Kaspersky's Microsoft Troubleshooting Tool and clicked on "Search for damage caused by malware activity", the options in the picture appeared. I cleaned all of them, but I just new formatted the computer and ran a full scan. Kaspersky did not find any viruses. What could be the reason for this?

Hi @kaspwent, meine Schuld, hab' die englische Ordnerstruktur aus der Meldung übernommen. Gehe bitte ein Verzeichnis tiefer, also "C:\Benutzer". Gibt es da das angegebene Unterverzeichnis ("C:\Benutzer\KHWENT\AppData\Roaming\")?

Tekrar rahatsız ediyorum ama o bölüme tıkladığımda "Kötü amaçlı yazılım etkinliğinin neden olduğu hasarı ara." Seçeneğine tıklayınca üstteki attığım sekme çıkmıştı. Bilgisayardaki virüsün hasar vermesiyle alakalı bir şey değil yani değil mi?

В какой-то теме @Maratka писал, что ему помогло изменения языка устройства на английский, тогда появился VPN в Kaspersky. @Danila T., @Igor Kurzin, @Mikhail Shakhov, @MedvedevUnited уточните, пожалуйста, есть ли где-то пошаговая инструкция как сделать отображения этого компонента в Android при наличии подписки в РФ и РБ, например, в справке?

Жаль, что у Евгения Валентиновича нет времени обратить внимание на массовые проблемы простых пользователей, тем более, что страдает его имя. Снёс kis, поставил заново, ничего не заработало. Удалил kis. Если такое же произойдёт на работе, а оно произойдёт - внесём Kis в список не добросовестных поставщиков атомной отрасли с запретом на закупки kis, может тогда компания почешется и что-то допилит.

Long back I had downloaded this pdf for looking at LG Air conditioner error codes. I had opened this pdf again yesterday after 3 years and Kaspersky deleted the pdf citing the below. The PDF was of 3 pages with some links in the last page. Am I at risk? I didn't click on any links in the PDF and was just browsing through the data when suddenly Kaspersky closed and deleted it.
