Добрый день, @Arashi, Какая операционная система, какой браузер? В режиме "Инкогнито" проблема наблюдается? Помогает приостановка защиты или же только "Выход" из трея? Попробуйте обновить антивирус до самой актуальной версии: 21.22.7.466 Потом обновить антивирусные базы и перезагрузить компьютер.

Здравствуйте. На одном из офисных компьютеров перестал работать web-service В логах вываливается сообщения Sentry is not defined и нужный java-script не работает. При отключении антивируса нужный сервис снова работает. Такая ошибка происходит только на одном из офисных компьютеров, расположенный рядом компьютер с точно такой же версией kaspersky - 21.21.7.384 и в то же время загруженной базой ошибку не получает. Добавление сайты qms.un-detal.ru в исключения не устраняет проблему. Подскажите пожалуйста, как диагностировать и как в касперском сделать исключение, чтобы он не вмешивался в работу java-script на указанном сайте.

Здравствуйте. Подскажите пожалуйста! 🙏🏻 Пытался установить приложение на ПК. Позже в Диспечере задач Цп падало от 100% до 6%. По советам ChatGPT сделал: Win + R, misconfig, поставил галочку «Безопасный режим» — Сети. После этого надо было перезагрузить ПК, чтобы изменения вступили в силу, но при перезагрузке слышу шум вентилятора, а картинка не появляетесь. Подскажите, пожалуйста, что делать?!

День добрый! Да с правами все норм, на сколько я понял читая логи, kesl устанавливается, но возможно не запускается скрипт первоначальной инициализации, не пойму в чем причина, и почему выпадает именно в такую ошибку

Hello thanks for the reply. 3. After I sent logs they requested, They suggested to me to connect to other server to troubleshoot and I did that, and report that the same issue still happens. In which, support reply "This is not that the user couldn't access the website. That means that we need to verify his age to continue using this website. VPN will not help to access the website without confirming his age". After receiving this I reply back with step by step to replicate the issue complete with what happens if connected with other VPN and I include the why-is-Reddit-asking-for-my-age article. Towards this reply, support answer that "We've confirmed that our VPN service does not have an age verification feature. It seems the website you're visiting might be incorrectly detecting your IP address and mistakenly asking for age confirmation. The issue is on the site side. We recommend contacting the website's support team for more help with this issue". And at this point I just reply with link to this forum thread, pointing that its just not me who have this problem. 4. I do not have important data on my deleted user forum. Thanks for replying.
