  5. Will Kaspersky Plus support the use of Windows 10 once support for Windows 10 has been discontinued in October 2025? My Kaspesky license is good until Nov 2026 but if Kaspersky gives up on Windows 10, even with the ESU, I may be forced to go with another product, likely Windows Defender.

Yes, definitely, that's the next step; IF other apps are updating automatically, but anydesk fails, logging the issue with Kaspersky Customer Service -> https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/th#contacts -> is the next step.   11. Ничего страшного, не переживайте. Надо снова побольше поюзать оптимизаторов системы - и все снова сломается как минимум до следующего обновления. 🙂

    卡巴斯基关机报错

    从去年10左右开始,关机时弹出avpui.exe下面是unknown hard error。目前排查出原因是因为模拟器软件和某些远程控制软件运行而导致的(如mumu模拟器,uu远程控制),关机之前任务管理里结束这些软件的进程可以避免此类报错,但太过于麻烦求修复这个漏洞。目前卡巴斯基版本为最新版仍然会报错。

    Are the China VPN servers physically in China?

As per the Kaspersky VPN expert team: basically, there's no public information which location is physical or virtual. Kaspersky can reveal data for the key locations only. It may be changed at some stage, no ETA is available. Belarus, Russia, Afghanistan are virtual too and in the EU at the present time. We always recommend installing Kaspersky Free/Limited/Standard VPN software & testing before investing $$$ -> Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection for Windows®. The Kaspersky Free/Limited/Standard VPN has the following limitations: 200 MB of encrypted traffic per day or 300MB if connected to My Kaspersky; automatically-selected-remote-virtual-server(s); no Kaspersky Technical or Kaspersky Customer Service Support.     Hello @Pandonus, Welcome back! What happened - what errors show when Kaspersky Premium fails to update anydesk? Please look in Kaspersky Reports for any anydesk events & post back? Note - please post images in English - to convert the Kaspersky Gui to English - by pressing SHIFT + F12 on the keyboard; to revert press SHIFT + F5 on the keyboard. Are (you) able to update anydesk manually? *Note* when posting images to a public forum, for *your* privacy & security - please hide all personal information - for example - email address.   22. Bienvenido a la Comunidad de Kaspersky. Lo primero que yo haría sería migrar ya a Kaspersky Estándar, el KIS ya se considera una versión algo obsoleta. Tu licencia de KIS activará "el nuevo" Kaspersky Estándar: La versión más moderna ahora es la 21.22, e imagino que tu KIS es la 21.13.

Microsoft disagrees with you, read: Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 26200.5742 (Dev Channel) -> Kaspersky *only* supports commercially released platforms. Install a compliant OS, read: Kaspersky for Windows, Hardware and software requirements, retest the issue? Please share the outcome with the Community when it's available? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  25. This is NOT a beta or preview version of Windows, Firefox, or Kaspersky so I don't know what you are trying to say What more can I explain? The lonk IN KASPERSKY PLUS offers to add to Firefox but clicking it does nothing! No error screen or message - just NOTHING happens and the option remains. P0
  26. Thanks for your reply. The page you linked to doesn't show whether the other servers are 'physically' or 'virtually' located. I'm mainly interested in countries that are not 'friendly' to Uncle Sam. So with that in mind are the servers for Belarus, Russia, Afghanistan, 'physically' located in those countires or are they 'virtual' servers in another country? Again, thanks for your time.
  27. Mi antivirus, lleva más de 3 horas marcando el 100% actualización y no puede terminar, los botones de actualizar y detener están desactivados. Ya cerre la aplicación y la volví a abrir y sigue igual. También realicé un análisis rápido de virus y tardó una hora con el 1% de avance y el 0 de archivos analizados y no terminó. Reinicié el equipo y sigue igual todo. ¿Qué puedo hacer? Tengo Windows 10 en mi pc. ¿Tendrá un virus mi computadora? ¿Hay alguna forma de analizar mi computadora externamente? Sospecho de virus, aunque me marca en verde el antivirus. Mi suscripción es anual y está activa. Ayúdenme por favor...
