I see that some changes have been made to intrusion prevention settings for all trusted group. I don't know what else has been changed in the AV settings. How the exceptions were configured is also not fully visible. Try to search for the problematic component(s): disable file antivirus, intrusion prevention, safe browsing, encryption connections scan, etc. Or contact support service.

Конечно , я полностью согласен посмотрите смежные темы там затыкают рот ,закрывают темы , удаляют негативные сообщения с ненормативной лексикой с удалением пары букв , ну так ведёт себя на полученную заслуженно критику шаражкина контора. Я буду писать и ещё делать антиреклама , вы подорвали доверие кинули , вот результат.

В окне довольно аккуратно говорится, что "обнаружено подозрительное поведение". Если нужен именно точный ответ, то это через поддержку со сбором таких логов. Но можно ограничиться и настройкой исключений, т.к. здесь очень похоже на фолс.

У меня тоже самое. Написал в поддержку сказали, чтобы записал мониторинг и выслал им результаты

Хорошую функцию убрали, будем надеяться ( по обещанию) что восстановят, и ждать 3 года. Только вот клиенты многие уйдут.

Hello, I have an active Kaspersky Plus subscription. On the My Kaspersky website, my account shows that Unlimited VPN is included and active. However, in the Kaspersky VPN app, it still shows limited access and asks me to upgrade to Premium for full access, even though I am logged in with the same Kaspersky account linked to my subscription. Important: This was working correctly about a month ago. The VPN was unlimited before, and the issue appeared recently without any changes on my side. I am also only logged into one device, so this is not a device limit issue. What I’ve already tried: Logged out and logged back into my Kaspersky account Reinstalled the Kaspersky VPN app multiple times Verified that I’m using the correct account with the active subscription Despite all this, the VPN still does not recognize the unlimited access included with Kaspersky Plus. Has anyone experienced this issue recently, or can support help synchronize the subscription correctly with the VPN app? Thanks in advance.

Касперский что такое , что сообщения затираем а ? Не нравится не нормативная лексика ,а вы другой и не заслуживаете, я причем писал не открыто , часть букв скрыты , напишите сообщение дайте права я стирать буду , какие же вы полупокеры и модераторы тоже , заслуженную критику затираем.

red and green, its looking pretty festive here 🎄🍻 um so quick updates: they asked if the failed DNS site lookup happens with other sites then dnsleaktest.com, personally idk but it happens consistently with that site. i tested 10 servers for them and they still fail to find the site. i tried another vpn looking up dnsleaktest.com and it works fine. i updated the vpn again, and noticed the first go with selecting the fastest server puts me across the world, then after connecting to a closer server then trying the fastest server works properly. they asked if its the ISP i said i dont have the luxury to test that, but I gave them a link to this forum again where others have confirmed its not the ISP. 🙃happy holidays🫡

Здравствуйте! Сегодня установил rclone на свою ОС для отображения бакет-хранилища в виде дополнительного диска. Скачивал файл с доверенного сайта. Бакет-хранилище подсоединил успешно, только теперь мой антивирус...вот тут я не пойму, то он уверен что это вредоносное ПО или он предполагает? Как мне определить, где антивирус точно считает источник вредоносным (и мне значит нужно этот источник вылечить и/или удалить), а где он лишь предполагает, по схожему с вредоносными источниками типу действия? По крайней мере у окна предупреждения от антивируса нет кнопки "Закрыть" или какой-то "Это не вирус, не лечи". Значит ли это что это точно вирус, раз мне антивирус не даёт сказать обратного? Параметры ОС: Версия антивируса: 21.23.6.614(a)

Безусловно, ситуация очень подорвала репутацию Касперского. 2.5к в перспективе года и стабильности антивируса и впн на самом деле не существенны. На кофе в месяц уходит гораздо больше (я уж молчу о бензине, еде и прочем). Лично для себя я принял решение более не связываться с данной компанией. Подписки истекут - и довольно, буду искать альтернативу.
