Mucho gusto, directo al grano, ya tenia una cuenta de esas STANDARD por un año para 3 computadoras (que ya tengo 3 computadoras con esta licencia) que faltan 13 dias para que se termine, (ese no es el problema), como compre una computadora nueva pues quise comprarle la version mas completa de Antivirus, entonces la compre ingresando mi correo electronico y todo. me hizo el cobro, me llego la factura y todo, con un QR para descargar asumo yo la aplicacion en el celular, la instale y todo. Cuando ahora ingreso a mi usuario de MY KASPERKY voy al area de descargas y descargo la aplicacion pero es la version standard y como ya tengo los 3 espacios ocupados pues me pide una licencia nueva. Vi el correo donde me enviaron la factura y me dice que en breve me llegara, pero por eso estoy escribiendo, aun no llega y no se que podria hacer.

Hola buen día, mi detalle es que cambie mi router hace poco por problemas de estabilidad y la herramienta Smart Home Monitor no detecta la nueva red, ya intente algunas cosas que encontré en la pagina de kaspersky pero todavía no eh encontrado solución, que recomendaciones me sugieren, les agradecería la ayuda muchas gracias.

UPD: После удаления приложения с ПК, чистки реестра и установки по новой все запахало, синхронизация работает. P.S. Возможно чистка реестра лишнее, хотя "хвостов" много было.

да я файл нужный им скинуть никак не мог, там не было прав его скопировать. Там целая система чтоб его добыть.

Windows тоже не бесплатная. Что до вопросов именно к ЛК, то уверен, они могут решить проблему за 10 минут: например отключить компонент намертво на W10+. Т.е. нет его - и проблемы нет. Как у других производителей.

UPD: После перезагрузки телефона приложение дополнительно к отпечатку запросило мастер-пароль и авторизация прошла успешно, синхронизация тоже, проблема осталась на ПК

@IanG Each MyKaspersky account has its own KPM Vault. So in order to have personal vault for each family member there are for now 2 options: 1. Buy separate license 2. If you have Kaspersky Plus or Premium license for multiple devices you can invite your family members and share with them your license. They will have to register MyKaspersky account and will be able to use your license for KPM.

@Вертолёт разблокировка базы не зависит от синхронизации. Это операциа происходит на устройстве и не требует подключения к сети.
