La herramienta Smart Home Monitor no detecta mi red

Hola buen día, mi detalle es que cambie mi router hace poco por problemas de estabilidad y la herramienta Smart Home Monitor no detecta la nueva red, ya intente algunas cosas que encontré en la pagina de kaspersky pero todavía no eh encontrado solución, que recomendaciones me sugieren, les agradecería la ayuda muchas gracias.

Hola buen día, el sistema operativo es Windows 11 Pro y la versión kaspersky plus ver 21.23.6.614

¿Has probado a hacer un reset de la configuración de tu Kaspersky?

Ya lo hice y sigue igual también deshabilite y habilite el Firewall y lo mismo

    ¿Has probado a desinstalar y volver a instalar tu Kaspersky?

    Intente desinstalar las actualizaciones de Windows KB5070311 y KB5072033 y reinicie. ¿Le ayudará?

    Hola buen día, quería agradecer por las sugerencias y recomendaciones, ya soluciono, solo tuve que desinstalar e instalar nuevamente la aplicación, muchas gracias por tomarse el tiempo de leer mi post y ayudarme con mi problema, muchas gracias
