My pc doesn't support Kaspersky hardware virtualization. Does this make Kaspersky antivirus performs bad or something?

I have Kaspersky Premium the latest release. I also have NORDVPN as well as Kaspersky VPN. now these i tried connecting once i have NORDVPN it Connected at startup i try to connect to Kaspersky VPN then the internet disconnected from my compter I turn of the connection works fine my internet if if turn it on doesnt work Please help me with this problem

Posted images are not from install program, these are from My Kaspersky website. No needed to use registry cleaner, because this issue appeared when I try to install Kaspersky´Free on a formated PC. The installation of Windows is clean and brand new. Any other idea? Thank you.

Hello @Heku2001, Thank you for the information! Rest well & when you come back please continue: (Ioo) there's something wrong with the *install*, the posted image-screens are not normal. The existing install needs to be removed - as we posted above -> *Uninstall* Kaspersky Free. Read: How to uninstall the application Reboot - shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power ON by pressing the power-button, login. *Backup* the System registry, read: Hacer una copia de seguridad del Registro y restaurarlo en Windows Download & install - Registrar Registry Manager When Registrar Registry Manager is installed, run it -> in the *SEARCH* field, search for the word: Kaspersky - on the right of Registrar Registry Manager GUI, all *found* Kaspersky entries with show - remove *all* found Kaspersky entries. Reboot - shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power ON by pressing the power-button, login. Download a *new* Kaspersky Free: https://www.kaspersky.es/downloads/free-antivirus Install Kaspersky Free - *take screen-prints of the Kaspersky Free install* we need to see what YOU SEE!! *FYI, Kaspersky Free does not work if your device is not connected to your account. Kaspersky Free can be activated by logging into your My Kaspersky account from the device on which you are installing the application. 1. OK 2. After the finish of the installation, a screen requesting an email popup, and the field is blank. I enter the email address of my friend (and later try with a new free created email address), and submit it, and after a few seconds, the screen requesting a activation purchased code appears. It´s the same issue if I try from the "add device" button of the Devices screen of My Kaspersky webpage 3. It´s late here, I'll ask my friend tomorrow and post it.

In an English speaking/writing channel - please post images in English, *temporarily* convert the Kaspersky GUI to English by pressing SHIFT F12 - the change can be reverted to Spanish by pressing SHIFT F5. Confirm - in the Kaspersky Free application (you've) installed (at your friends house) - there is NO email address field? IF the answer is 'yes', where was "when I enter my email address" applied? Yes, WINVER information is important. *Which* Kaspersky site has Kaspersky Free been downloaded from? Post the URL please? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

Because the problem is not on my computer. The problem is on my friend computer, and now I´m not at his house. It´s that so important the build of the Windows? If it so, I repost from there. But I cannot see the difference because the issue is the same on the My Kaspersky webpage. I believe there two way to install Kaspersky Free. Download, install and activate, or create My kaspersky account, and download it. I´m wrong? And the Pic 3 show there nothing down of the screen. I repeat, it´s a total new account. None of previus subscription o licence may existed Thank you

1. As I said, all is blank because it´s a new account. Also,I have even tried creating a new free emal address to see if the same thing happened when I write that address in activation screen of Kaspersky Free. Always show up a activation code insert screen. 2. Latinamerica, Argentina 3. Cannot because is not my computer. It´s Windows 11 on PC. But I tried from the My Kaspersky webpage and it´s the same issue. Tried to a new device from pic 1, and get the enter activation code pic 2. 5-6-7 I've done this several times, and the results haven't changed. That's why I wrote to the forum, since I don't know exactly what the problem is. Thank you.

In the MyKaspersky account, Subscription tab, how many subscriptions are showing -> what are they - names? -> to protect (your) privacy & security - pls don't post private info like activation codes/license key & or email address. Hello. I'm trying to install Kaspersky Free Antivirus, but when I enter my email address, it immediately asks me to enter the purchased activation code. It doesn't give me the option to use the program with a free license. Is this true, or is there a problem with the system that's preventing me from using the free antivirus on a new account?
