Приветствую всех. Развернут Security Center по инструкции, на том же сервере установлена Web Console. Ошибок при установке не было, файлы ответов согласно инструкции. При обращении к серверу :8080 получаю пустой ответ, и в браузере, и на самом сервере curl localhost:8080. Думаю что если переустановлю, получу тот же результат. Может есть на что обратить внимание в уже установленном сервере?

Нет на почте ничего, нет у касперского и на озоне в личном кабинете тоже нет Да я его активировал, есть номер заказа, написано электронный, было написано отслеживать заказ и все тут похоже, на озон захожу, не видать ничего

Hi team, I guess I'm facing the same (or a similar) issue as this guy. Whatever I feed into KVRT as custom folders, they're completely ignored. I've tried to run the commands suggested in the other post but they're not available in my webspace. (A 'uname -a' simply returns "Linux <FQDN> 4.18.0-477.13.1.lve.el7h.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu Jun 1 16:49:27 UTC 2023 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux" and the ISP is not disclosing which distribution they're using...) First of all, I had to install the tool as a regular user, I don't have root access nor a graphical display: -bash-4.2$ ./kvrt.run --allowuser --target /full_path_to/install_dir -- -silent -accepteula It succeeded but contrary to the docs I can't start the tool thru 'kvrt.run': -bash-4.2$ ./kvrt.run -- -silent -accepteula -custom /full_path_to/my_dir/ -dontencrypt -details It seems that it's non-graphical mode now (XDG_SESSION_TYPE = <>, XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP = <>). Добрый день. После покупки Kaspersky Premium вам на почту пришла ссылка на веб-страницу каталога подарочных сертификатов на платформе MGC Loyalty, а также инструкция по выбору и активации сертификата. Если выбрали сертификат ОЗОН, то код из него при покупке чего либо на ОЗОН надо вводить.

Не пойму как воспользоваться подарочным сертификатом на озон, есть код но куда его ввести не ясно, учётная запись в озоне есть, что дальше не понятно

Патч с исправлениями полностью опубликован. Нужно обновить базы продукта и перезагрузить Windows.

А как или где определяется сеть организации? или как KES определяет то что это автономный клиент

Hallo @MisterNobody, kannst Du bitte nochmals die GPU-Last prüfen? Der Bug wurde überraschend schon mit Patch "B" behoben, der seit heute an alle Installationen verteilt wird (Rechnerneutart nach Datenbankupdate erforderlich).

Лучше тогда как выйдет версия 21.23 (обычно вторая половина октября) - сразу накатить ее поверх вручную, а то автообновления можно довольно долго ждать.

@Doctorull The issue has already been fixed in patch B for 21.22, which is distributed to users gradually. To check the availability of this patch, update the databases of version 21.22 and restart your OS. Or wait for 21.23 release - in this version the issue, of course, has also been fixed.

Contacted customer services (opted for chat). They sent me a new purchase link. I created a new profile on my browser (Firefox), and they suggested I use a private window and only enter the first half of the postcode. Purchase went through. I deleted my license and entered the new activation code and it worked, but soon after it updated from Kaspersky Internet Security to Kaspersky Standard. Didn't think it would work as I'm using Windows 7, but it did. Pleased it's all sorted.
