The VPN for router option has disappeared, which was the main reason I chose Kaspersky VPN, especially since I just renewed my subscription. Now I've learned that, due to a change in their service provider, the router VPN option is no longer available. I would like to know if the router VPN option will be available again in the near future. If not, I believe I should be entitled to a refund and cancellation of the service, as they are no longer meeting the terms of the service agreement. Has anyone else gone down this path?

Berny, you know me from the old good times. I know what is the problem, and it is not one you count. MS not support Win7, but Kaspersky products still support it. Yes I know, but the developers know what to do with this info. I post it only for information on themself. Thanks, but not need reinstalling. The situation will be the same. Thank you for the answer. Now I know it's not only our PCs. We have paid versions too. On the computers with Win7 we have crash on first restart, on win10-11 we don't have. Its's OS releated issue. Uzun süre önce açtığım Kaspersky hesabıma bugün yeniden giriş yapmak istediğimde, hesabımın tamamen silindiğini fark ettim. *****@*****.tld adresiyle kayıtlı olan hesabıma girmeye çalıştığımda sistem “böyle bir kullanıcı bulunamadı” hatası veriyor ve hiçbir şekilde erişim sağlayamıyorum. Hesabımı uzun zamandır kullanmıyordum, bugün tekrar kullanmak ve içinde varsa eski bilgilerimi, lisanslarımı görmek için giriş yapacaktım ancak hesabımın yok olduğunu görmek beni ciddi şekilde mağdur etti. Herhangi bir bildirim, uyarı veya onay olmadan hesabımın silinmiş olmasını kabul etmiyorum. Kaspersky’den, *****@*****.tld adresine kayıtlı hesabımın tekrar aktif hale getirilmesini ve hesabıma erişimin sağlanmasını talep ediyorum.

Hello @tigertron, the same thing happened with my Premium on Win7 just under a month ago—it crashed during the first reboot with patch ‘A’. There have been no further incidents since then, and 21.23.6.614 (a) is running perfectly.

For analysis, developers need dump files, not these logs. And sometimes additional logs - traces, etc. But the free version won't be analyzed. You can only try reinstalling the app if you have its setup file, because the free version is no longer supported in most regions.

@tigertron Welcome. This could be related with e.g. damaged Windows system components or a driver issue or a RAM issue ........ 🤔 Also , Windows 7 is an old Operating System and is not supported any more by Microsoft .

I have installed Kaspersky Premium, but, I can't see in VPN settings location fro Croatia? How to I get location? I contact Kaspersky support, they told me there is location selection for Croatia. But I still don't see it.... any help, please!?! Igor Here I can see that Premium have Croatia location for VPN...

Nereden baksanız 2022 den beri kaspersky total security sahibiyim, yanında gelen kaspersky vpn i sorunsuz bir şekilde bol bol kullanırdım hiç bir sorun yaşamadan. ancak şu bir iki haftadır aşırı sorunlar yaşıyorum, kendim 2022 den beri Türk Telekomdan Fiber 1000mbps kullanıyordum ve kaspersky vpn ile aşağı yukarı 3-4 sene boyunca 900-1000mbps civarlarında rahatlıkla kullanabiliyordum taa ki 2 haftadır yaşadığım hız sorununa her şey güzeldi.. 2 hafta öncesine gittiğimde çok bir sorun yoktu yavaş yavaş fark etmeye başladım ve oynadığım oyunlardan aldığım ping değerinden izlediğim videolar ve filmlere kadar acayip gecikme donmalar ve hızda azalmalar gördüm. fark ettiğim andan beri neredeyse baksanız 1 haftadır uğraşıyorum ilkin bir çok ülke değiştirip denedim baktım her ülkede 40-60mbps alıyorum gittim en hızlı sunucu yaptım onda da otomatik olarak direk Türkiyeye bağlandı, onda da aynıydı diğer ülkeler gibi. sonra dedim böyle olmayacak internetten çok araştırdım böyle bir soruna çözümde bulamadım ve yeni bir sorun olabileceğinden şüphelenip chatgpt sayesinde kaspersky premium ve kaspersky vpn ayarlarını iyice öğrendim kontrol ettim bazı şeyleri değiştirip bile denedim yine de düzelmedi. en son bu kaspersky forumunu buldum ve forumun en üstünde VPN Performansı için son sürüme güncelleyin yazıyordu ve anında ayıkıp güncelleme linkini araştırmaya başladım. güncel bir kaynak bulamadım bende gittim my kaspersky dan direk vpn yi tekrar indirdim tekrar kurduttum ve hız testine gelince bi baktım amerika da 600-700 alıyorum. neyse dedim 900 ila 1000 olmasada en azından fixlenene kadar 600-700 mbps bile işimi görür dedim. bir de amerikada 600-700 görürken en hızlı sunucuyu seçtiğimde otomatik türkiyeye bağlansa bile hız testim yine 40-60mbpslerdeydi şaka gibi neyse yine de amerikada kalayim dedim. bir iki gün takıldım o şekilde derken son gün (bugün yani şu an) tekrardan her ülke de 40-60mbps lere düştüğünü farkettim. ve tekrardan bu foruma geldiğimde 2 müşteri daha konu açmıştı bu şekilde ve dedim ki tamam bu yavaş yavaş herkeste olan bir durum bu ve bende bi konu atmaya karar verdim. lütfen yardım edin. saçmalamadan ciddiyetle ve gerçek çözüm yolları sunun bana ki aldığım ürünü düzgüncene kullanayım yoksa taahhütüme de az kalmışken başka bir firmaya geçmek durumunda kalmayayım.

In Windows 7 with updates I have installed Kaspersky Free 21.23.6.614 and it worked good. I performed update and patch A is installed. After restart I have a crash of Kaspersky. In Event viewer have only this: In log have error in file traffic_processing.dll. Here is attached log: I hope this will help to developers.

DNS kullanmıyorum ama VPN açınca dns bilgileri değişiyor. Tekrardan dnsi değiştirmeyi deneyerek bağlanmaya çalışacağım. Speed test yapamıyorum çünkü web site açılmıyor. VPN kapalıyken 100mb hız var. Açıkken web site açılmıyor
