I am not located in the US but in China, where I constantly use a VPN due to many websites being blocked by the Chinese Great Firewall. My VPN is typically connected to US servers. I was finally able to upload my report on https://support.kaspersky.com by switching to the French-language version of the website and changing my VPN server to a European one. It appears that this issue affects only the US version of the website.

Greetings once more. It have been a wild in the past months holding onto KS 21.21.7.384(a) bugged version and hoping for a future version to address the issues that I have listed in the past. However as the sutomatic system that execute these installation and convert the prévios Kaspersky protection to a newer version comes always along with another to address. The welcome / front page of the interface next to 🟢 shield. The message previously showed the followed message: "Vírus/malware detection is active" Now the Reading It says a duplicate message as It reads: "Main protection components are running/ are active". Meanwhile going to Security tab ro check all protection components, the reading still show "All components are active". I mean these phrases are becoming repetitive and unwelcome. Also there is on troubling problem with mouse quick Scan prompt menu where It Will bring now a duplication of KS rundown. I was avoiding to install my previous KS 21.21 because I've suspected there would bem another version comming out anytime soon. With KS 21.22 install applied. Do I have to fully unistall and fresh download from My Kaspersky This version to repair this KS mouse Scan duplication? Or should I wait as I've been waiting for months to get a proper fiz for KS 21.21 major issues?

Greetings everyone, sorry for the news that have been buzzing around within KS 21.22 version. Just updated, I mean the third "annual" version Kaspersky Standard received in less a year. I mean shouldn't these version bem applied once a year? KS 21.20 had small bugs, 21.21 had major issues and now 21.22 carry a few more issues as WebView2 manager came along with 7 new process that I wonder if they have any importance to keep my protection on the web safer. Is it fine if I close the group of process while I play, or surf on the web?

But after reviewing their documentation and checking online for reviews, none of which raised red flags, I decided to move forward. The total amount came to $21,000 in Bitcoin. I transferred the funds, confirmed the transaction with the supplier and was told the machinery would ship within ten business days.Then silence. Days turned into weeks. My emails and messages went unanswered. Phone calls went straight to voicemail. That was when I realized I had likely been scammed. It was a sinking feeling $21,000 gone with no clear path to recovery. My bank could not help and since the payment was in Bitcoin there was no chargeback option. I thought the money was lost for good. After researching my options I came across a service called RAPID DIGITAL RECOVERY. They specialize in crypto transaction tracing and digital asset recovery. Skeptical but desperate I contacted them and provided all the transaction details and communication logs with the supplier. To my surprise they responded promptly and professionally, outlining what they could do. They began tracking the Bitcoin through blockchain analysis, following it through a complex chain of wallets and mixing services. Eventually they traced the funds to an account on a known cryptocurrency exchange. They worked with the exchange, providing evidence that the funds were tied to fraudulent activity. After a lengthy verification and recovery process they managed to freeze the wallet and recover the full $21,000. It took just over a month but every cent was returned to me. I was stunned. I had accepted the loss as a painful lesson but thanks to RAPID DIGITAL RECOVERY’s expertise I got a second chance. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who has fallen victim to crypto fraud. They were transparent relentless and most importantly effective.

buenas a todos quisiera que me ayuden con este problema, hoy kaspersky me detecto un software malicioso en el navegador Edge no tengo extensiones raras instaladas solo las de kaspersky y malwarebytes. Kaspersky me recomendó desinfectar y reiniciar el equipo lo hice, después de reiniciar me apareció otra notificación de Kaspersky donde tenía que eliminar unos archivos maliciosos y los elimino satisfactoriamente, pero yo tenía mis dudas y formateé el pc eliminando todo y volviendo a instalar todo de cero ahora con el pc limpio lo primero que hice fue instalar kaspersky y al hacer su primer análisis me volvió a salir la notificación de software malicioso, adjunto capturas.

Based on this post https://www.reddit.com/r/help/s/C1RlnCnFVw which have the same problem as mine, Reddit Admin answer with "This is the way! Thank you! If the VPN is hitting on anything in the UK, you're going to get hit with age verification on Reddit because of the UK Online Safety Act."

Лучше обратиться в поддержку и предоставить все логи с видеозаписью. Также можно пробовать искать проблемный компонент - отключать и проверять: в первую очередь интернет-защиту, проверку защищенных соединений. Если удастся локализовать компонент - это только поможет в решении. Тем более у Вас премиальная подписка, используйте эту возможность.

Лучше смотреть в будущее и перейти уже на следующую версию 21.22. Также попробуйте перезагрузить ОС и проверить, вроде когда-то были сообщения о подобных проблемах, но уже давно не жаловались.

Приветствую всех. В общем такая беда. Продуктом от Касперского пользуюсь давно. Особых проблем никогда не было. В данный момент и уже давно не могу найти решение. Проблема в том, что при замере скорости исходящий трафик интернета при включенном антивирусе меньше почти в двое. Ладно при замере скорости на площадке Яндекс, но даже при загрузке в облако (любой браузер, или п.о.) скорость не более 100 м.бит. Отключаешь, даже без удаления, всё прекрасно работает, летает просто. Встроенная диагностика сети, через раз пишет качество сетевого соединения может быть низким. Либо адаптер перезапускаешь, либо кабель из пк вытаскиваешь и обратно подключаешь. Операционку на чисто переустанавливал, антивирус тоже. Подписки на пару месяцев осталось. Уже думаю не продлевать. Скорость от провайдера 800 м.бит, а работать с файлами невозможно. Есть какое то решение? Всю голову сломал уже.

С момента обновления на 21.21 - постоянно вылазят уведомления - "соединение yandex.ru:443 - разорвать?" Mozilla Firefox перестал открывать все сайты. Хватит уже делать продукты только хуже и навязчивее. Как откатить к предыдущей версии?

В свойствах сервера, сервер подключен как подчинённый?

Спасибо за ответ! В защищенном режиме проблемы нет, но это не шаг к решению, ведь антивирус не запущен. Не думаю, что остатки симантека могут влиять, так это просто пассивные файлы, служб не запущено. Тк что это дефект Касперского Почему-то я думал, что производитель будет благодарен за выявление проблем с продуктом. Видимо, с Касперским это не так, если об этом даже нельзя сообщить в тп

KSC через Германию. Не тормозит. Кстати, я знаю одного провайдера в Москве, который с некоторых пор не режет Youtube.

А можешь показать работающий Ютуб в РФ (кроме новых регионов понятно, там у вас походу до сих пор "Украина" значится) через VPN от ЛК? Ну т.е. вопрос то простой: если власти РФ велели резать скорость - ЛК ее тоже должна резать, иначе - не должна. И если так - то рабочий пример поискать очень сильно придется. А если нет - то да, ты прав, провайдер кривой, подключение по Wi-Fi тормозит, роутер старый, сам Гугл не хочет и/или не может (оно же как было год назад - мол "оборудование Гугла устарело в РФ и справляться перестало"), правильно? Чего бы еще придумать... А, ну да - у кого-то VPN то от ЛК, а вот антивирус, проверяющий трафик - не от ЛК, т.е. он тоже виноват может быть, ну неправильно он проверяет трафик, тормозит его. Причем только Гугла. И да, это все совершенно согласен, что реально и возможно. Но первый вариант мне нравится больше: просто согласно принципу Оккама. С чего бы? Если VPN не позволяет открывать то, что хочется, ибо неположено, и не ускоряет то, что замедлено, ибо вот вам Рутуб - там и смотрите, ну пусть себе коммерсы на нем народ разводят. Проблемы то нет, а польза - есть: рабочие места - да, налоги - да. Где проблема? 🙂

Read: KSK, Applications blocked on Android: Some of the applications on a child's Android device are blocked automatically. We try not to give the child the opportunity to cheat and bypass parental controls. Kaspersky Premium. Да, уверен! Как я ранее говорил, раньше при подключении устройства, оно появлялось в подписке Kaspersky Premium. Теперь если мобильное устройство отвязать и снова подключить к My Kaspersky, у меня появляется новая подписка, как я говорил выше, а в подписке Premium устройство не появляется. при этом на телефоне подписка Premium.

on android device, the "Settings" app is counted for screen time, and it keeps being "active" even if the kid isn't using the mobile device. I'm trying to find a way to whitelist this app so it won't count as screen time but I don't find where to change it. In all places I've found I can set it to "Allowed", but that means it is still counted for screen time.
