Где они по такой цене могут купить, если сейчас официальный ключ стоит 1999 руб? Вот и подозрительно. Тут ведь убыток компании. Думал, что в их интересах это пресечь. Банят же ключи из общего доступа и Keygen'ы. Да и поддержка может отказать, если ключ куплен на сторонней площадке.

Вот: И уже отсюда могу закачать новую версию? Но теперь возникла иная проблема - на гугл тоже зарегался. Или уже все-таки не так важно..

Hola: Utilizo Kaspersky Security Center 15.1 Desde que he actualizado los clientes a la version 12.10.0.466 y el agente a la versión 15.4.0.8952 he observado que en muchos equipos se han desactivado las opciones de "Pausar la protección" y "Desactivar directiva". Adjunto imagen con captura de pantalla. Solamente existe una directiva para todos. Llevo días intentando buscar una solución o causa del problema y no soy capaz. ¿Podrían ayudarme? Muchas gracias.

Всем привет! Точно такая же проблема. Но, чувствую, ничего не выйдет, ввиду, того, что совсем чайник.. Уже несколько месяцев Каспер блочит все браузера (кроме Хрома) и Телегу, даже игрушку Heartstone. А с сентября и все покер-румы. Почитал на форумах - оказывается нужно всего лишь обновить приложение и скачать Стандарт (у самого стоит KIS), хотя в инструкции написано, что при обновлении баз, обновляется и сам Каспер. Поэтому начал регать акк к Касперу через ru-почту, но на странице регистрации не работает капча, а без нее никак. Тогда зарегался через гугл-почту, но здесь другая напасть - не могу зайти на свою страницу, все время вылетает окошко "403 Forbidden", видимо, все, что связано с гугл, в РФ глючит и работает некорректно. Как я понял, чтоб привязаться к My Kaspersky, нужен код активации, а до него так и не добрался. Если, что, окно выглядит так: Подозреваю, что может уже и подключен к этой опции, судя по тому, что выкладывал Алексей. Непонятно.. Короче, вопрос такой: если я скачаю Стандарт поверх KIS, но не смогу активировать новую версию, смогу ли снова вернуться к KIS, закачав его повторно? А то вообще можно так остаться без защиты... Заранее, спасибо.

Having this issue from 2019 (INC000010976019). Still happens sometimes after BSOD or power outage. Reported all logs to KL and the only solution is manually switching FailSafeMode parameter ( located in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\klhk\Parameters\FailSafe) in registry from 2 to 1. Hope someties it will be fixed completely.
