Вам дали рекомендацию установить 23 версию, в которой проблема, о которой Вы писали, должна быть исправлена. Если остаются проблемы, то нужны логи с новой сборки. Вы отказались их собирать. Следовательно никаких работ по Вашей проблеме и не предполагается далее. Анализировать нечего.

Так я вам первый раз дампы и логи выслал, какой вывод из этого вы сделали?

У меня, например, все работает, как и у других. Нужно смотреть конкретную проблему. Судить о том, что программа сырая, если есть проблемы на конкретной системе, не продуктивно.

Я уже отправлял и дамы и логи, полчаса убил на все тесты, загрузку утилиты для сбора логов и т.д После этого мне прислали ответ-обновите программу на 21.23 вместо 21.22. Обновил, абсолютно ничего не изменилось. После этого опять началось нытье пришлите дамы, логи и по кругу. Вы реально не понимает, что ваша программа сырая, это же не только моя жалоба.

Hello. I'm also hitting this for a couple of months but on macOS Sequoia (and running Kaspersky Premium). I raised 2 incidents with Kaspersky support but that didn't help and I've been enabling and disabling Kaspersky protection. The main difficulty is that issue is intermittent so leaving packet capture enabled indefinitely until the issue resurfaces is not feasible. I noticed issue seems to be related also to Firefox because whenever the issue happens, most of the time, FF also freezes and I can't even close it unless I use "force quit". Have you found a solution for this?

I am logged in to Amazon with the correct address, but I still managed to buy the wrong product. How can I return the purchased license code or exchange it for one that works in my country?

Hello, are you still hitting this or reinstalling Kaspersky fixed the issue? I'm hitting this* for a couple of months but on macOS (Sequoia) and running Kasperky Premium and I don't run any updates other than the ones provided by Apple to everyone. *Only browsers stop working, everything else still works. I did open 2 incidents with Kaspersky but it didn't help, especially because issue is intermittent and there's no way to be prepared and ready capturing network packets before it happens. Also, issue seems to have some relation with Firefox as FF sometimes freezes when issue happens and I try to stop it. I've just uninstalled Kaspersky for now.
