I absolutely agree with you. They act like the problem is on our end, but the issue is glaringly obvious. The VPN hasn't been working from the moment they switched to the PURE VPN system. It's been almost 15 days, and they still haven't fixed it. -

I've been using both RustDesk and Kaspersky Standard for several years. Recently, I needed to use the remote connection to interact with the Kaspersky interface to grant a local access permission (specifically, allowing access to a localhost). However, I found that I was unable to click on or interact with the Kaspersky application window via RustDesk. I ultimately had to resort to using a different remote connection software just to complete this task. I thoroughly checked the Kaspersky settings but couldn't find a way to change this behavior. My question is: Is it possible to configure Kaspersky to allow interaction with its interface while connected via RustDesk? -

Well, tried it again after all this time and still not working for me. Even with the new updated version. My "Other" VPN works. Not naming just to stay polite. So obviously I am not the problem. The issue I have since this all started is why haven't we been notified before such an impactful change. No emails or no internal app notification that there might be some disturbance. Just this problem that forced customers to wonder and look for a problem that is not theirs. I'm voicing this out because I do believe Kaspersky is the best AV out there but man don't pull this **** ever again. I know software are not perfect but there's definitely a better way to treat customers. I hope you take note of that. Respectfully. -

она и сейчас центрируется: Более того, она при любом масштабе центрируется. Вот 175% Это новая заметка. Существующая привязана к окну программы. Да, если у вас разрешение экрана 800х600, то она конечно вылезет за экран. Но в технических требованиях прописано: Разрешение экрана: 1280x720 пикселей или выше. И при этом разрешении все на экран помещается. -
Так и я 2 свежие декабрьские покупки отменил, сделал запрос на возврат средств. за 3-7 дней должны вернуться. А пожелания лаборатории исключительно доброжелательные, их продуктами пользуюсь наверное с самого их начала и надеюсь продолжать использовать и дальше. А по обсуждаемому - да, надо строже описывать пределы применения, без недомолвок/умолчаний и отсылок наверх. Хотя конечно часть покупателей сразу получит верую информацию и просто не сделает заказ з.ы. деньги вернули

Merhaba Windows 11 kullanıyorum. Yönlendirici özelliği geri gelecek mi ? Şu an için kaldırılmış durumda. Modem/Router bazında vpn ayarları yapmak için oldukça kullanışlı bir ayardı.

@scip This folder contains files necessary for the Protected browser (Safe money). When you start it, files and settings are transferred here from your regular browser(s). There are no detections in the second system, because these files simply don't exist, I guess. Most likely, this is the Sophos engine, which often gives false detections, a lot of files seem "suspect" to it.

Было бы чудесно: 1. Чтобы поиск искал название и в папках 2. Пусть, наконец-то, заработает нормально исключения в игнорируемых для айпи, а лучше сделать нормальные маски для этого. 3. Поубирать автозаполнение для приложений (Android), где тупо веб... и в исключения н добавить, и запаривает закрывать сохранение. 4. Нормально заработало автозаполнение, если выбираешь только определённую страницу, где должно работать... 5. При открытие заметки, чтобы центрировалась на экране ноута, а не залезала постоянно за края, каки другие записи... P.S. Аналоги хуже, не вопрос, но и болячки многие долгие и слишком долго и не всё фиксится, жаль. -
Thanks 4 replys so i guess its false positive but why they are in the kaspersky folder even when they not belong to kaspersky ? and why they reinstall even when i quarantine or delete ? and my second rig doesnt have these false postives..? best regards

As I have already written to you, I uninstalled and reinstalled Kaspersky Premium on my Android phones 5 times, and the VPN either does not work or is malfunctioning, and cannot operate with all the aforementioned Android applications (from my previous message). The customer is simply a user of fully functional applications. The customer is not a technician to have knowledge of all the steps listed below, which your engineers suggest for a potential resolution. The customer cannot dedicate their valuable time to providing support to a company that should have tested beforehand and be 100% sure that the applications it provides function absolutely perfectly, as they did before your last upgrade. The steps indicated to me are the following, and I have not performed them, nor will I do so, because I consider this not to be my job. They are too complicated for my knowledge, and I am not obligated to perform them. You have heard and read that your customer has these problems; let your excellent engineers think about what could be causing all this confusion on an Android phone. I had no problems whatsoever before your upgrade. Technical Steps Provided by Kaspersky (Refused by User): B) If the problem persists, please send us an AIDA report and the diagnostic version logs of Kaspersky, from the device in question: B.1. AIDA Report: To do this, download the free utility "AIDA64 (by FinalWire Ltd.)": https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.finalwire.aida64 Once the download is complete, run the file. Click the three-dot button in the top right of the device. Click the "Send report via email" option and send the report results to your inbox. Смиритесь, лучше не будет. В настоящее время, это уже не тот продукт который мы изначально покупали. И который выполнял все требуемые от него функции. Проще говоря продукт превратился в тыкву. Очень жаль, но это реальность. Продлевать подписку с учётом цены и возможности считаю не целесообразно, как впрочем и все мои коллеги. Думаю моё мнение разделяет большинство пользователей.

Ну и теперь всем по чему-то подобному следует по 5-6 и более раз обращаться в поддержку, форумы и прочие сервисы, настаивать, добиваться пересмотра и никогда не сдаваться. Только баг и только правка - иного не дано.🙂 Так, конечно, бывает порой, только нужны доп. логи, которые как-то страдающие от бага не особо желают предоставлять. Видать, не сильно страдают. 🙂 -

Hola, Adicionalmente, recuerda que los moderadores no trabajamos para Kaspersky, sino que somos otros usuarios que realizamos nuestra labor voluntariamente, desinteresadamente, gastando nuestro tiempo libre en ello, y sin cobrar por ello. El problema de la migración de la VPN nos afecta a todos, todos deseamos y esperamos que lo solucionen cuanto antes, y que volvamos a tener todas las características que teníamos o más, pero esta claro que esto va a llevar un tiempo, que por lo que parece no va a ser corto. Спасибо! Да, вполне конкретно описано для чего предназначен продукт. Только многие это не читают перед покупкой, а предполагают получить доступ ко всем ранее недоступным сайтам. Как бы сделать так, чтобы в процессе заказа в первую очередь покупатель увидел в некоем всплывающем окне (на пол-экрана без прокрутки) список наиболее популярных сайтов доступ к которым НЕ ПРЕДОСТАВЛЯЕТСЯ. Типа "продукт не обеспечивает доступ к следующим ресурсам...(краткий список наиболее популярных недоступных + ссылка на актуальный список)". Это сняло бы большую часть вопросов и требований возврата денег. Можно так сделать?

У меня когда-то подобное было, там с 5 или 6 раза подтвердили, что проблема на стороне продукта и правили пару патчей багу.
