Hello, I’m having an issue with my Kaspersky VPN subscription. Even though my subscription is active until September 2026, it’s not being recognized on either my desktop or mobile devices. When I check My Kaspersky → Subscriptions, it shows the following warning: “Not supported in your region.”

А если есть на одном домене совершенно разные приложения, например www.1gb.ru - личный кабинет, а www.1gb.ru/webmail - почта и либо туды либо сюды и никак вместе. Как можно разъединить

Abonelik ülkenizde desteklenmiyor nedir ya ? neden satıyorsunuz o zaman. ayarlar kısmında bölge Türkiye olarak gözüküyor.

Hi Harlan, Checked in programs and I can't see anything untoward. Checked Edge add ons and only my normal ones that I've used for years. Not sure what this is or what I can do about it? Kaspersky is protecting my PC from blocking access to the website, but how do I find what is initiating the request and delete it? Am I safe to just cancel the Kaspersky notification pop up for this and just let Kaspersky stop the access without informing me each time? I'm a little stressed out over this and don't know how bad the threat is? Appreciate your replies, thank you. P.s its late Saturday night where I am, so if I don't reply for some time its because I've gone to sleep.

Es gibt wohl massive Probleme bei Kaspersky. Betroffen sind VPN und Passwort Manager. Die Techniker sind wohl dran...

Did You check Your Edge add-ons and StartUp settings? Also, check in Your Window Control Panel -> Programs and Features, if there is any suspicious app installed.

Добрый день, как раз таки и говорите что есть возможность выбора серверов. Я и полез покупать, хорошо что этот форум перед покупкой увидел. У меня тоже Ютуб тормозит сильно, даже на самом минимальном качестве. Провайдер Стационарный дома 100 мбит, на даче 300 мбит, мобильный МТС. На любом подключении жуткие тормоза всегда, в любое время, сервер только Нидерланды ВСЕГДА, никаких "более 2000 серверов в более чем 100 точках по всему миру" у меня лично не было. Техподдержка молчит

Ich bin von Total Security auf Premium umgestiegen. Premium ist installiert und auch aktiv. Mein Passwortmanager meldet, dass mein Datenspeicher zu viele Einträge für die kostenlose Version hat. In dem Fenster habe ich noch die Möglichkeit einen Aktivierungscode einzugeben. Da habe ich den Code des Premium Pakets eingegeben und erhielt die Meldung, dass der Code bereits vorhanden ist. Dann habe ich noch die Möglichkeit mein Abo zu verwalten. Da sehe ich auch das Premium Paket aktiv und extra aufgeführt den Passwortmanager mit dem Status "kostenloses Abo aktiv". Hier habe ich nur die Möglichkeit kostenpflichtig upzugraden. Wenn ich über Premium auf den Button Passwortmanager gehe, öffnet sich auch das gleiche Fenster. Im Premium ist doch der Passwortmanager enthalten. Wie kann ich den upgraden.

vpn aboneliğim olmasına rağmen ne masaüstü bilgisayarımda ne de telefonumda algılanmıyor. my kaspersky üzerinden aboneliklerime baktığımda Vpn için Bölgenizde Desteklenmiyor uyarısı gözüküyor. ama eylül 2026ya kadar aboneliğim var.

к сожалению апдейт не помог, оставил тикет. Посмотрим что скажет поддержка. О результате отпишусь. Возможно действительно глюк и в грядущих релизах исправят
