То, что он не открывается - это сразу и баг, и не баг, который чинят и не чинят одновременно. С одним и тем же продуктом с разными лицензиями он параллельно и открывается, и не открывается. Пока не попробуешь его открыть - не узнаешь, откроется он конкретно у тебя или не откроется. Если откроется - то как долго еще будет открываться, а если не откроется - начнет ли открываться в будущем. 🙂

  7. Нет. На данном форуме запрещено давать ссылки или названия стороннего софта. Вроде законодательно запрещено обсуждать способы обхода блокировок, но если говорить про ВПН с точки зрения безопасности, то на форуме Клуба, можно обсуждать альтернативный софт.

  11. Ребята, я не думаю что Касперский с дуру или со зла перешел на новый протокол. Тем не менее факт, что Ютуб не работает. И много что еще. Важных для меня стран больше нет. Какие есть варианты?   12. After updating WIndows, specifically the 2025-11 Security Update (KB5068861), Kaspersky VPN's window a red "connection unavailable" banner and I cannot turn on VPN at all, even though my Internet connection is still fine. Is there any way to fix this?
  13. В общем, решение было найдено, публикую здесь, тк установка сервера на mysql неизбежно вызывает те же вопросы. Были использованы различные варианты (в основном от меньшего к большему). Стабильной месячной работы удалось добиться при таких настройках (часть записей добавлено для смены настроек по умолчанию): my.cnf: tmp_table_size=256M # временные таблицы, при превышении падают на диск в ibtmp1 max_heap_table_size =16M -> 256M # рекомендуется в размер временной таблицы innodb_temp_data_file_path = ibtmp1:256M:autoextend:max:1G # логично указывать размер не менее временной таблицы, а не 12Mb (по умолчанию). innodb_buffer_pool_size=1Gb # отдаем больше памяти max_allowed_packet=4M -> 16M

  16. Поскольку вы переустановили Windows, то для антивируса это теперь другое устройство. Вам нужно в личном кабинете MyKaspersky отключить от подписки ваше предыдущее устройство, тогда вы сможете активировать антивирус на новом.

  18. Вчера скачала каспрески чтобы проверить на наличие вирусов и тд. После я переустановила виндоус и почему то говорит, что одно устройство уже есть и по моей подписке это максимум устройства. Но, по сути это тот же ноутбук и то же устройство следовательно. Хочу запустить проверку, но изза этой проблемы не могу(

We're not sure why (you) feel compelled to repeat what (you've) previously written - ad infinitum, everything (you) wrote in (your) previous posts; has been read. Kaspersky engages with thousands of subscribers on a daily basis, those engagements are allocated case numbers so that subscribers can be supported in the best possible way. People are trying to assist (you), in the Kaspersky team & in the Forum portal. (You) make the choices (you) do. The Double VPN was *never* available for android & (your) topic was identified as Android specific, *some* subscribers are *already* advising Double VPN for Windows - has been restored for them, those subscribers have been working closely with Kaspersky. Observations: Creating the AIDA report takes less than 5 minutes -> our seven-year old daughter does it for us whenever we need to submit one to Kaspersky. It's true no-one should be *expected* to have *advanced* technical-skills to manage & OR assist Kaspersky trouble-shoot an issue, especially one that Kaspersky / PureVPN caused & YES - it's HUGELY frustrating when the support people act like it's YOUR fault - but Kaspersky needs the data to do the analysis - they cannot replicate the issue/s & installing the Kaspersky 'debug' version & finding the logs is (IOO) well within (your) level of expertise - (you) are clearly a skilled communicator, also the Kaspersky support team *will* support (you) with the process - IF (you're) willing to engage....   23. Hi RoBIN, You can authenticate it with the Activation Code from your Kaspersky Account, or get it emailed to you from the Kaspersky Plus interface. It may also be easier to uninstall the VPN, restart, and install it from scratch using your Activation Code. But this, and many other problems, are happening across the board with countless users and multiple devices and platforms. Please do not try to fix it at your end. The problem is with Kaserpsky's integration of PureVPN into their security architecture and can only be fixed at THEIR end. To test, try a free VPN temporarily, it should work without any issues showing your system configuration is correct. Good luck

Sent a support ticket 6 days ago and received 2 replies only, both asking me for logs, system info and many things that are obviously not related to the problem, are the customer support people not told that the issue is your service and not my completely unrelated 4 devices all on different versions of the app and now updated to equally useless latest versions? It's fairly straightforward that whatever update was done, was done incorrectly or to extremely low quality servers and now doesn't work. I asked for a partial refund at the very least because I paid for a service and I got an application that has to stay turned off and no service but "I'm out of the 30-day period" so I can't even get my money back after years of paying for this service. I don't see any updates anywhere and this was after the atrocious changes announced at the end of November, "update to the latest version" does nothing, I've been on the last 3 "latest" versions and the debug version, unable to refresh gmail or get a whatsapp message, even play a youtube video on a computer. For all the people who will rightfully cancel the service, you should at least post an update explaining that the service doesn't work or instruct your customer service to be honest instead of saying that updating the application will magically fix the bad service provided.

Following the recent upgrade of Kaspersky VPN to new servers, partner companies, and providers, many applications on Android mobile phones and tablets that were previously working perfectly and continuously before the upgrade are now non-functional. These include Gmail, Maps, Google Earth, application downloads, Google and Microsoft Authenticator apps, receiving messages via SMS, receiving OTP messages for bank transaction confirmations, and many others. If you disconnect from the Kaspersky VPN, everything works perfectly. If even a free VPN is selected, everything works perfectly. Do not burden your customers with a plethora of incomprehensible and complicated technical actions for simple users of your application. PROVIDE a solution to the problem that you, through your actions and changes, have massively caused to your customers. There are dozens of much better VPN applications out there with many more provided features and functionalities—including Double VPN (a feature you discontinued). You will lose customers who are now struggling because you chose to make changes without the necessary prior preparation for problems that would arise from such a change while the system was in operation.I have already installed and reinstalled the newest version of the application, just as I have uninstalled and reinstalled Kaspersky Premium at least 5 times using the link provided to me by the technical support/help desk. However, the problem persists, and it does not work in any of the reinstallation attempts.Until the upgrade, I was using Double VPN(on pc ,not on android smartphone, in the United States, specifically across two cities: Washington and New York. Now, after you removed this feature, I select New York, but the issues I mentioned previously still persist (the applications listed above do not work). Thanks,Tina

Thank you for your reply, but it cannot help resolve the problem because Kaspersky Premium and the VPN integrated within it do not have settings to select the protocol you wish to use (e.g., WireGuard, Hydra, Catapult, etc.). Therefore, this does not solve the problem. The same Kaspersky Premium VPN, until a few days ago (before the upgrade, change, modification that the company made, informed us about, and instructed us to download the new version), worked fine. Since we are obligated to use the VPN integrated into the Kaspersky Premium package under our purchase contracts, we were forced to uninstall and reinstall the entire Kaspersky Premium on our Android devices. The VPN continues to operate with malfunctions on the same Wi-Fi provider, cellular network, or any other network we have tested; it does not connect properly and does not allow installed applications (Gmail, Maps, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.) to function correctly. As soon as we turn off the Kaspersky VPN and select another provider, for example, the free Windscribe, everything is immediately OK, and the applications revert to their correct functionality. For instance, the SMS messages that were not reaching the devices arrive instantly in a bulk delivery. If your engineers would take the time to read everything I have written here, and wake up from their slumber, showing some interest in the poor state of the VPN service they provided, everything would be fine. But they have fallen into hibernation, relying on the firm's old reputation and past glories. In business, no matter how large and robust you are, you survive and grow only if you respect your existing customers—who have trusted Kaspersky and paid substantial money for dozens of licenses—and do not cause them problems. The customer is not a technician to have knowledge of all the steps listed below, which your engineers suggest for a potential resolution. The customer cannot dedicate their valuable time to providing support to a company that should have tested beforehand and be 100% sure that the applications it provides function absolutely perfectly, as they did before your last upgrade. The steps indicated to me are the following, and I have not performed them, nor will I do so, because I consider this not to be my job. They are too complicated for my knowledge, and I am not obligated to perform them. You have heard and read that your customer has these problems; let your excellent engineers think about what could be causing all this confusion on an Android phone. I had no problems whatsoever before your upgrade. Technical Steps Provided by Kaspersky (Refused by User): B) If the problem persists, please send us an AIDA report and the diagnostic version logs of Kaspersky, from the device in question: B.1. AIDA Report: To do this, download the free utility "AIDA64 (by FinalWire Ltd.)": https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.finalwire.aida64 Once the download is complete, run the file. Click the three-dot button in the top right of the device. Click the "Send report via email" option and send the report results to your inbox. Then, open your inbox and look for the generated report (it is usually an email with the subject "AIDA64 Report for Android v2.XX"). Copy the entire report, paste it into the already open Kaspersky email reply, and then click "Send." B.2.
