Kaspersky vpn başlarda bir sıkıntısı yoktu ancak gittikce sanki bozmaya başladı gibi. Dünden beri devam eden bu sorun arkadaşımada oldu hem bağlantının çok uzaması hatta Almanya ve Hollanda gibi yerlere bağlanmaya çalıştığımda ya çok fazla bekliyorum yada hiç bağlanmıyor ve hata veriyor kesinlikle düzeltilmeli yada para iadesi olmalı.

Ab der 21.23 Version haben die den Reservecode zur Eingabe entfernt unter Windows. Somit durfte ich entweder die ganze App neu installieren lassen. Alternativ hab ich auch mal den Lizenzschlüssel gelöscht unter der Plus. In der Benutzeroberfläche unten auf Kopfhörer wählen-Profil dort aufKaspersky Plus- Details-Lizenzschlüssel-Papierkorb-bestätigen-Dann erscheint bei mir dann -klickte dort auf grün umrandetes Abonemment verwenden-Erklärung zur Datenverarbeitung erscheintich stimme zu-Kaspersky Plus wurde erfolgreich aktiviert. Bei Android lade ich die neuste Version mit dem neuen gültigen Aktivierungscode aus dem kaspersky konto runter und installiere sie drüber.

Вроде у всех сообщения о проблемах именно с новыми версиями. Только одно видел, где устаревшая версия, и обновление, видимо, ничего не решило.

Версия новая. Уже выяснилось, что проблема с Pure VPN. Так что сколько с поддержкой не связывайся, пока не починят, работать не будет

Completato il pagamento mi dice che dovrei ricevere una mail per completare la transazione: Your order number XXXXXXXXXXXX is still pending. You should have received an email at the above address with payment details and how to complete your transaction. però non sto ricevendo alcuna email, il pagamento da mastercard dice che è in lavorazione e non so come sbloccare la situazione. Avevo già acquistato questo abbonamento l'anno scorso e mi ricordo di aver ricevuto la mail di attivazione dell'abbonamento col codice deicato praticamente subito, è cambiato qualcosa o sto sbagliando qualcosa io?

Добрый день, Всем, кто наблюдает проблемы с установлением VPN соединения или открытием сайтов при установленном VPN соединении, рекомендуем связаться с техподдержкой любым удобным способом (https://support.kaspersky.ru/b2c/ru#contacts) для расследования причин и поиска решения. Предварительно, как уже было отмечено выше, стоит убедиться, что используется самая новая версия приложения, обновление до актуальной версии действительно может решить часть проблем. В любом случае, обращения в техподдержку не игнорируются, все обязательно будут обработаны.

The workaround is effective, but it shouldn’t be considered a permanent fix IMO.

N´ Abend zusammen. Ich muss leider mal wieder nerven bezgl. Lizenzverlängerung. Ich habe mir 2 Verlängerungen der Kaspersky Standard jeweils für 2 Jahre bei A ... geholt. Eine davon habe ich eben in My Kaspersky bei ( Internet Security ) bei meinem Samsung eingegeben, da diese in 10 Tagen abläuft. Auch keine Info, ob er die Lizenz akzeptiert hat. Ich gehe davon aus, dass das automatisch gehen sollte. Wird aber nirgendwo angezeigt ob das funktioniert hat, weiterhin wir das aktuelle Ablaufdatum angezeigt. Auch in der VPN & Security APP erscheint nichts von der Verlängerung. Die andere Lizenz wollte ich dann direkt in der Kaspersky Standard auf meinem PC kurz vor Fälligkeit direkt eingeben. Wenn ich ganz ehrlich bin ich habe wirklich null Ahnung von der Materie und bin echt überfordert. Ich hoffe, Ihr könnt mir etwas weiterhelfen.

I try with Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool, not a single virus was found, the problem still exists. I can log in to myKaspersky account, but I can't add a device (desktop comp), because it tells me an error during installation as mentioned above.

@Hedy Bonjour et bienvenu sur le Forum. Kaspersky a changé de partenaire VPN et utilise désormais son infrastructure. Certaines options telles que le double VPN ainsi que la configuration du routeur sont provisoirement supprimées , mais KL devrait les remettre à disposition prochainement. Nous ne connaissons malheureusement pas la date d'implantation. Actuellement nous ne disposons pas d'informations conernant le nombre de Serveurs VPN ? Voici l'annonce officielle : " En raison d'une mise à jour de l'infrastructure VPN : 1) Le nombre de serveurs VPN disponibles passera d'environ 105 à environ 85, les serveurs les plus courants resteront disponibles. 2) La fonctionnalité du routeur, la sélection des protocoles et les options double VPN disparaîtront. 3) L'application VPN restera identique à celle utilisée auparavant sur toutes les plateformes. Si des problèmes persistent avec la dernière version, veuiillez demander la création d'un ticket d'assistance. "

Bonjour, Mon VPN ne parvient plus à se connecter, quel que soit le pays sélectionné. La connexion reste en cours indéfiniment sans jamais aboutir. 😪 Auriez-vous une solution à ce problème, s’il vous plaît ?

Обратился в чат поддержки. После долгих допрашиваний сотрудника по поводу номера заказа, всех адресов почты (ну я только свой знаю) все-таки удалось настоять на том, чтобы соизволили прояснить. Часть переписки по сути на скрине. Очень не понравилось общение. Помимо длительных получасовых уговоров выяснить ситуацию, попыток скинуть ее на "старших коллег" с ожиданием ответа (а зачем, если акция уже сегодня кончается) сотрудник в итоге без прощаний просто-напросто закрыл чат. В итоге: оказывается, именно я, неразумный, не понял великой идеи, что это предложение было только лишь для моего аккаунта. Да, об этом нигде не сказано, но это мои проблемы, нужно догадываться. Это одно из самых худших общений в чате, которые я встречал. Что-то не хочется туда обращаться больше.

В перспективе для кого ? Для жителей не России ? Для Россиян это будет уже не интересно. Как выясняется, на этом Pure vpn вообще ничего не работает. Можно выкидывать лицензию вместе с аккаунтом. Продукт превратился в мёртвый балласт.

Also die Einstellung "Verbieten" wird nach den "Speichern" übernommen (es wird eine Regel erstellt), hat aber eine Wirkung, bzw. das Programm (Corel Update Helper x32) ignoriert das Verbot!

Hello , I understand this , so from my previous post yesterday, it has recreated more than 100 new Local Area Connection, it's around 173 now, in the windows event viewer there is an error ID 4311 NetBt it says : "Initialization failed because the device driver could not be created. Use the string "000000000100320000000000D71000C0110100009A0000C057000000000000000000000000000000000" to identify the interface for which initialization failed. This string represents the MAC address of the failing interface or the globally unique identifier (GUID) if NetBT was unable to map the GUID to the MAC address. If neither the MAC address nor the GUID is available, the string represents a cluster device name." What does this means ? Thank you .
