I've used Kaspersky Free for years, it's always been my go to antivirus, it saved me on multiple occasions and I've recommended it to everyone I know, even after the whole debacle with the US banning it. With that said this couldn't have been handled any worse. Abruptly ending the Free subscription after this long, and not even warning your users through the application is an incredibly bone headed move, I didn't even know about it until yesterday, when someone mentioned on Reddit that the Free version was closing. My Free subscription was supposed to renew in about a month or so, now I find out it's actually ending for good. I really wish there was more support for people who've had a Free Kaspersky subscription for years than "Try our 30 day trial!". It was a good run, I appreciate the wonderful service and protection Kaspersky provided, but if this is how you guys abandon and disregard a large portion of your users, then I guess it's time to make the switch to one of your competitors.

Hello @tomasisnotmyname, Welcome! Is the C drive in (your) Windows a removable drive? Take a screen-print of the Removable drive options - like (our) fourth / 4th image & post back please? Export Kaspersky config, read: How to export settings. Restore Kaspersky to *Default*, read: How to restore the default settings of the application. After the RESTORE is complete - shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, power ON by pressing the power button, login, recheck the scan issues / options, if they persist contact Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> select Email, then fill in the template as shown in the 5th image below - with Request topic as: Scan task will not complete, (which is the closest relevant template available) - include a *detailed history* Read: Scanning the computer. OS: Windows 10, version 22H2 Application: Kaspersky Standard, version 21.21.7.384(a) Whenever the application or I run a Selective Scan, an Instant File Scan, or a Removable Drives Scan of a connected external drive, it starts scanning files on other drives as well.

O meu COFRE da Kaspersky não está abrindo mesmo com a senha correta, simplesmente não funciona sem exibir nenhuma mensagem. Alguém sabe como resolver isto?

Hi, In Settings/Active settings, I activated the protection by user (this reduces the risk of unauthorized or unintended changes in the functioning of the application). Despite having this functionality activated, the PC User can click in the "Subscription is active" button, on bottom left option of the menu, and from there he can click in the "...", choose the "Manage devices" option, and he can then manage the devices through the webpage. The user should not be able to have access to it. How can I prevent this to happen? Can I please have some instructions or steps to stop that access? Many thanks, Alberto Araujo

Оно конечно понятно, но когда речь идет об уязвимости платных пользователей, то такое отношение, ну такое... Я то пишу о новой угрозе, а не о чем то эфемерном. А то всякие Tftpd детектит, а то что надо... Создал таки официальное обращение INC000017675085

не интересно, а не выгодно. с чего платить зарплату работнику, который общается с бесплатными пользователями? вы бы работали бесплатно?

У них же одинаковые алгоритмы и антивирусная база? К тому же я чужим ключом пользуюсь, поэтому не могу считать себя полноправным владельцем офис издания. А раз я Free user, значит мне недоступна техподдержка как таковая, только форум. (Нельзя выбрать фри издание в техподдержку, видимо общение с бесплатными пользователями не интересно компании)

В связи с темой возник вопрос, ваш антивирус вообще знаком с атакой человек посередине с использованием сертификатов? Проверяет ли он установленные сертификаты и приложения которые вызвали установку? Ну и проактивная защита смотрит что за приложение пытается использовать CA?

Сегодня вылезло окно об установке сертификата якобы от Apple (Apple iPhone Device CA) , само по себе не так страшно, но оно еще и без моего участия исчезло и само установилось в личные сертификаты текущего пользователя. Как я понимаю сам по себе сертификат без активного локального прокси это еще не вирус, и не может расшифровывать зашифрованный трафик. У FrankenDriver другой сертификат (так и называется) и на него тоже антивирус не ругался. Эппл айтюнс я хоть и устанавливал но удалил уже довольно давно (и там наверно сертификат проверяется как подлинный и уж тем более не в личные устанавливается). У меня последний ваш антивирус для малого офиса. Добрый день. Установил кластер на Oracle linux машинах, всё собралось без проблем. Службы на первичном сервере в статусе Runing Подсунул сертификат с файлового сервера на машину с веб консолью. Пробую зайти через браузер и получаю ответ что невозможно подключиться к серверу Администрирования Пробовал как c включенным фаерволом и открытыми портами, так и с выключенным фаерволом Подскажите пожалуйста в какую сторону смотреть.
