CompatTelRunner "ходит" по файлам, чтобы собрать и отправить инфу в головной офис корпорации добра. Когда он обратился к данному файлу игры, файловый антивирус при помощи On Access Scan (сканирование при доступе) просканировал файл и детектировал угрозу. Это мог быть и другой процесс, например explorer в случае открытия папки с этим файлом.

Элементарно, Ватсон. Это имя приложения, которое пыталось получить доступ к детектированному файлу в момент скана и детекта. Само имя файла ниже в отчетах. Другой пример на скрине - здесь детект при распаковке из архива при помощи Bandizip.

этот процесс относится к телеметрии Windows. Откуда он в журнале в "имени приложения" непонятно.

а где в имени CompatTelRunner.exe телеметрия? моей фантазии не хватает. какой железный аргумент, что в нем нет вирусни )))). вы наверно удивитесь, что даже приложения в Гугл Плей с миллионами скачиваний, могут быть с вирусами а кто и как их проверял? они мамой клялись или на библии?

The application language is "hardwired" into the installer. It does not depend on the OS language.

@Berny Kaspersky Free is only available in those countries listed on the Russian site. Again was hoping someone that has installed some of those versions could report back if any installed as English or not. Lithuania, Estonia, or Latvia.

Насчет процесса вопрос конечно интересный. Это надо спрашивать техподдержку. Были подобные сообщения на форуме, но внятного ответа не было. Но в вашем случае ТП с вами разговаривать не будет. Насчет "все используют" это конечно аргумент ) Судя по детекту там сработала эвристика, а она могла и ошибиться. Можно проверить еще здесь и здесь. Ну или добавить в исключения, если уверены. С WinDivert64.sys там все понятно, это riskware, т.е. потенциально опасное по. Его можно добавлять в исключения.

Also , maybe this ? Run CMD as ADMIN Execute command “rd /s /q C:\$Recycle.bin” (without quotes) Close CMD > Reboot

Then just click on Ignore, and check if it will appear again the warning.

Windows Recycle Bin is empty, and message is still here...

@Cyns You can always change language with uninstall + reboot and download/install another language version.

1 вопрос: почему в имени приложения телеметрия? 2 вопрос: почему установщик игры (игру не купить вообще) считается трояном, если это проверенные репакеры и в целом репак без вирусни 3 вопрос: это вообще тут надо было спрашивать?

Well it's a better workaround than nothing. I ask, because previously some other country versions would install with the language of the OS. So I was wondering if the Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia versions would install as English if the OS is in English.
