  2. Hello Yesterday I notice my passwords on both my my cctv systems weren’t working. I ended up reformatting them to recover my passwords. My cctv systems aren’t protected by Kaspersky but the smart home monitor does pick them up. This morning I noticed my passwords weren’t working again. I haven’t reset them yet. (This could be a Hikvision problem but I don’t know for certain yet) This morning I opened a note pad on my phone & test started appearing as if someone was writing a letter. I deleted the text & closed the notepad.. I couldn’t find kaspersky on my phone (Samasung Galaxy A04 Model SM-A045F/DS) so I tried to reinstall it. I also noticed all my devices were doubled on smart monitor. Some of these devices aren’t working now. I tried to connect my phone to my pc & it won’t let me now. I tried to log into Mykaspersky from my phone & it wants me to subscribe to Kaspersky internet security. My current subscription is kaspersky plus. Currently I am trying to disconnect as much as possible from the internet until I’ve sorted this problem out. Can you assist me? I only want my devices to run off one subscription. My desktop is windows 11 Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.7705) My phone is Samasung Galaxy A04 Model SM-A045F/DS Software version ASKS v8.4 Release 20260111 ADP v3.1 Release 20230510 Kind Regards Warren Sinden SMR Jan-2026 Release 1

    Welcome to Kaspersky Community. Try to type the email address manually (not copy/paste), and for the symbol @ try to generate it typing ALT + 64 combination. This is a trick worked for me some years ago, don't know if still working.

  8. We are experiencing an issue with Kaspersky Endpoint Security for macOS v12.2.0.694 running on macOS 26.2 on a MacBook with M4 CPU. The Kaspersky process consistently consumes more than 90% CPU(No problem at all with MacOS15.),which significantly degrades system performance and the device nearly unusable, even for basic tasks. Has anyone encountered a similar issue in this environment? If so, are there any known workarounds, configuration changes, or fixes to mitigate the high CPU usage?
  9. Hello @Rangana Hewamanage, Welcome! *Which* Kaspersky software is being installed & *where* has it been downloaded / sourced from? What are the error/s - we need to see what (you) see? For the *install* - were *all* steps in this guide followed: Kaspersky Standard | Plus | Premium, Install and uninstall the application? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  10. Hi Kaspersky Community, We’re a Kaspersky Partner and currently using two licenses: Kaspersky Endpoint Detection and Response Optimum and Kaspersky Security for Mail Server. Previously, these were valid for one year covering 50 nodes, and we could renew them via the partner portal. This year, we only see two licenses available for request on the portal (snapshot attached), and the licenses we need are not listed. Could someone confirm if these licenses will be available on the partner portal before 14 February? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

  12. Какая версия приложения установлена(цифры)? Какая операционная система используется? Убедитесь, что следующая служба работает корректно, если Windows 11:

  14. там нужно отечественное шифрование, поэтому только яндекс и chromium-gost Троссировки постараюсь собрать, но уже вечером. тоже вечером посмотрю.
  15. Есть возможность собрать трассировки? (с рестартом продукта после включения). В других браузерах тоже воспроизводится? Какая настройка выставлена для Настройки > Настройки безопасности > Настройки сети > Переход на домен с ошибкой проверки защищенного соединения ? Помогает ли поставить "Игнорировать" или "Разрешать и добавлять домен в исключения" ?

  18. Hello @Bernd Wechner, Welcome! KSK time report discrepancy issues may be difficult, we always try to replicate the original complaint for comparison, so apologies for the delay. Regarding (your) 12year old hacking KSK or the OS: Have (you) asked them - in all seriousness - it's much better to be upfront, something along the lines of, it's not that we don't trust you but you're a smart kid, we don't want to waste time with Community support / support if you've messed with the system, the reason we have KSK is to keep you safe. In our tests we replicated the issue - then resolved it - this is where it took so long bc KSK is a PIA when it comes to uninstall & clean install & post install. That's what (you) need to do, shutdown *absolutely-everything*, then, using Windows Add & remove programs - uninstall KSK, then shutdown the computer, make sure it's a *full* shutdown, restart, login. Download a *new* KSK installer from here: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads - scroll down to the downloads section & select KSK. Install KSK, after the full install, reboot the computer, make sure it's a *full* shutdown, restart, login. At this point KSK time reporting will be *accurate* but KSK will send a notification in 24 to 48 hrs to do *another* *full* shutdown bc it will have applied the latest version *silently* - make sure you do the *full* shutdown, restart, login *again*. At that point KSK time reporting will still be working & you & the kid are good to go. A couple of other points to note: BOTH children must only have a LOCAL Windows user account - no elevated profiles whatsoever. Both Children - IF the children use Android phones (as well) the Settings application must be Forbidden. To permit access to this is the equivalent of giving an elevated profile on a Windows device. Images: the 1st set shows KSK version originally installed, version post install & replication of (your) KSK time settings Set 2 shows: KSK version post silent update & KSK report, for todays time-test we allocated 10 minutes, was on the computer for 8, KSK updated accurately-in-real-time.
