hi . i'm playing this game . recently game is like a background application that we can't close it .even kaspersky can't ! it remains in background and once they said it's trojan , any way we can close it? I wish to change my email address but can't - I followed the steps but I step 4 doesn't function i.e. I cannot delete the old and enter the new adress I am sure the solution is simple but I don't know what it is. Thanks To change the email address: Click the link with your email address in the upper-right corner of the page. A drop-down menu opens. Click the manage your account button. This opens a window in which you can edit the account settings. Go to the Email address tab. Enter the new email address. Enter your account password. Click the Save button. A message containing a link for confirming the new email address is sent to the specified email address. Click the link in the message. The new email address is confirmed and will be used with your account in the future.

I bought the Kapersky premium and that little box that appears all the f. time when I have to type a password is really annoying. I want to remove or disable forever this f. feature that I never asked for. Straight answer: don't tell me that I have the read the entire forum to remove this f. thing before posting. windows 11.

Does Kaspersky still recommend setting Core Isolation i.e. Memory Integrity to ON? I have just installed Win 11 as update and Memory Integrity and Microsoft Driver List are set to off presumably by my already installed Kaspersky (Standard) Many thanks

I have the same problem and have had since only last night. Youtube works just fine when my VPN is off (I have a subscription to Kaspersky Total Security), but youtube (and only Youtube) tells me that I have no internet when the VPN is on. Any insight as to what's happening? Thanks in advance. -

А я выше предложил проверить драйвера года так 2015-2016, т.е. тех драйверов, которые были на момент, когда 10 серия GTX (еще не RTX) была новейшей, т.е. когда не было лучей и технологий масштабирования, не было тензорных ядер, и потому про ИИ мало кто думал. Но выходит, что Вы проверили все что угодно, но не те драйвера, которые весьма вероятно работали бы стабильно, ибо если проблема на стороне nVidia, то завезли ее вероятнее вместе с лучами и DLSS, а не вместе с оптимизацией под новую игру какого-нибудь там 2022 года. Можете и далее продолжать надеяться, что ЛК (в которой нет проблем по их ответу) будет что-то править. Надеется - это не запрещено. -

Hello! I've been facing an issue for like 2 months or so. My mobile VPN was working just fine for 2 years but suddenly it stopped working. It's fine if I'm connecting to my wi-fi but it's stuck in infinite loop of "connecting" state if I'm using my mobile internet. Why could that be? My app is up to date by the way.

I agree with the previous comments. If the router option remains unavailable, I see no reason to renew my license and will switch to another VPN. -

Non puo' essere la password principale di accesso poche' questa contiene anche lettere ed e' piu lunga. Non ho password di sole cifre. Temo che ci sia un qualche file corrotto o addirittura una app kaspersky

per disinstallare una app kaspersky mi si chiede la password segreta di 6 cifre che evidentemente non coincide con lo sblocco schermo poichè non la accetta. Quale password potrebbe essere di 6 cifre e riferita a cosa?

нет, просто они блокируют доступ при заходе через vpn. Технически это сделать несложно, поскольку адреса серверов известны. Госуслуги, например, блокируют доступ при подключении через московский сервер. Это в техподдержку, пусть они с ними разбираются. -

Hello, I think, this is the same issue as in the Bug 9290319: [SUPPORT][Pure] The Taiwan VPN location is issuing IP addresses not associated with Taiwan If the issue reproduces on your PC/device, please contact to technical support. Хотелось бы внятный ответ, а не "все всё понимают". Я не понимаю. Он не заблокирован, два дня назад всё нормально работало. Теперь нет. Более того, теперь почти ничего не работает. Или по поводу сайта московского метро тоже все всё понимать должны? -

Вы таки меня не понимаете. Я купил не программу, а услугу. Программа это часть услуги. Поддержка компанией своей неработающей в определеных условиях программы это тоже часть той же услуги. Политика у компании может быть только одна «если программа запустилась то компания ее работу поддерживает в рамках оплаченной услуги». Я понятно объясняю? По-русски, «не умеешь - не запускай». -
