Posted images are not from install program, these are from My Kaspersky website. No needed to use registry cleaner, because this issue appeared when I try to install Kaspersky´Free on a formated PC. The installation of Windows is clean and brand new. Any other idea? Thank you.

The existing install needs to be removed - as we posted above -> *Uninstall* Kaspersky Free. Read: How to uninstall the application Reboot - shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power ON by pressing the power-button, login. *Backup* the System registry, read: Hacer una copia de seguridad del Registro y restaurarlo en Windows Download & install - Registrar Registry Manager When Registrar Registry Manager is installed, run it -> in the *SEARCH* field, search for the word: Kaspersky - on the right of Registrar Registry Manager GUI, all *found* Kaspersky entries with show - remove *all* found Kaspersky entries. Reboot - shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power ON by pressing the power-button, login. Download a *new* Kaspersky Free: https://www.kaspersky.es/downloads/free-antivirus Install Kaspersky Free - *take screen-prints of the Kaspersky Free install* we need to see what YOU SEE!! *FYI, Kaspersky Free does not work if your device is not connected to your account. 1. OK 2. After the finish of the installation, a screen requesting an email popup, and the field is blank. I enter the email address of my friend (and later try with a new free created email address), and submit it, and after a few seconds, the screen requesting a activation purchased code appears. It´s the same issue if I try from the "add device" button of the Devices screen of My Kaspersky webpage 3. It´s late here, I'll ask my friend tomorrow and post it.

Confirm - in the Kaspersky Free application (you've) installed (at your friends house) - there is NO email address field? IF the answer is 'yes', where was "when I enter my email address" applied? Because the problem is not on my computer. The problem is on my friend computer, and now I´m not at his house. It´s that so important the build of the Windows? If it so, I repost from there. But I cannot see the difference because the issue is the same on the My Kaspersky webpage. I believe there two way to install Kaspersky Free. Download, install and activate, or create My kaspersky account, and download it. I´m wrong? And the Pic 3 show there nothing down of the screen. I repeat, it´s a total new account. None of previus subscription o licence may existed Thank you

1. As I said, all is blank because it´s a new account. Also,I have even tried creating a new free emal address to see if the same thing happened when I write that address in activation screen of Kaspersky Free. Always show up a activation code insert screen. 2. Latinamerica, Argentina 3. Cannot because is not my computer. It´s Windows 11 on PC. But I tried from the My Kaspersky webpage and it´s the same issue. Tried to a new device from pic 1, and get the enter activation code pic 2. 5-6-7 I've done this several times, and the results haven't changed. That's why I wrote to the forum, since I don't know exactly what the problem is. Thank you.

In the MyKaspersky account, Subscription tab, how many subscriptions are showing -> what are they - names? -> to protect (your) privacy & security - pls don't post private info like activation codes/license key & or email address. Hello. I'm trying to install Kaspersky Free Antivirus, but when I enter my email address, it immediately asks me to enter the purchased activation code. It doesn't give me the option to use the program with a free license. Is this true, or is there a problem with the system that's preventing me from using the free antivirus on a new account? А если не ловит - а зачем она мне нужна, такая защита? За что платить, за название в интерфейсе, так что ли?

Что не красит контору. Ежу понятно, что 90% потребителей сидят не на Линуксах и FreeBSD, как минимум в качестве основной системы с основным антивирусом, но мне лично также не очень сложно представить себе потребителя, которому нужно две лицензии - первую на ПК с Линукс, а вторую - на смартфон с Android или Mac'ом (как его там, для телефонов правильно звать - не помню), и что там есть в антивирусах для Windows - потребителя не интересует вообще, никак, и никогда. А между тем, получается, что Премиум для Линукс имеет весьма жиденький функционал даже в сравнении с Free для Windows, что уж там про платные лицензии говорить, и за это почему-то простят деньги, как за Премиум. Все то же касается и антивирусов для Андроид (не знаю как для смартов Apple, но не думаю, что там что-то принципиально иное). Жиденький там функционал, как для "Премиума". Я был бы рад, если бы это добро давали бы как "Free-довесок". Допилят года через два до уровня "80% от Премиум по функционалу" - вот тогда назовите его "Стандарт", и продавайте как "Стандарт". Но и тогда это не будет "Премиум". Конечно, что-то может в принципе не работать на Линуксе, ибо это в принципе другая ОС, но там можно довесить что-то нужное (а не маркетинговое) из другого ряда, тот же VPN сделать частью антивируса например. Вот я задавал вопрос месяца три назад: по какой причине Веб-защита в Андроид не ловит на трафике Eicar. Ответа нет. Никто даже не задумывался, а как проверить этот компонент пользователю. На Windows все просто, а тут как?

Ну до этого и сканер заявлялся полноценным антивирусом ) Вернее нигде не было написано что это только сканер.

Ну вообще говоря, на главной странице написано. Вот на этой, и подобныхпо Plus и Premium: https://www.kaspersky.ru/standard При этом, я долго искал на этой странице сноску, что оно "только для Windows". И да, не нашел. Возможно есть где-то, очень мелким шрифтом. Но мне полторы минуты не хватило.

Вы, как тот "первый из могикан", который "угадал не глядя" и указал по сути на то, что фактически регламентировано в инструкции (и я это подтверждаю=читал!) и по принципу "...и на StaroVer-а бывает проруха" знал, но потерял элементарную бдительность! Спасибо ещё раз за сермяжную истину! Буду пробовать и стараться впредь "бдеть в мелочах", которых, как оказывается, - не бывает! 👍

Bonjour, J'ai installé le VPN sur 3 machines PC et 1 téléphone Android. Sur 3 machines (2 PC sous Windows10, 1 téléphone sous Android) aucun problème. Mais sur une machine PC sous Windows8.1, avec Kaspersky Plus version 21.20.8.505, sur tous les sites (sauf Youtube) cela ne marche et il me signale que le site n'est pas accessible et que je ne suis pas connecté à internet. (Pourtant le bouton est bien vert et il me signale que la connexion est bien sécurisée). Je suis connecté par câble Ethernet. Alors, j'ai enlevé le câble Ethernet et me suis mis en Wifi, via ma clé Wifi (Asus USB-AC68 Wireless-AC1900). Cependant, c'est le même symptôme. Version du VPN : 21.21.7.384-1 Merci de me "sortir" de ce problème.

Приветствую Вас, ваятели и страдальцы! Похоже, и меня не обошла стороной "Ваша и ИХ нелёгкая"... Покорнейше извиняйте, если обращаюсь и не "по адресу первоисточника поднятой проблемы", но и я оказался недавно в роли "нуждающегося с протянутой рукой". Написать в Форум коллег-"страдальцев", с надеждой на "поможем", сподвигло лишь некое "безучастное равнодушие к проблеме не готовых бескорыстно помочь ваятелей"...Но, "ближе к телу...", как когда то сказал Ги де Мопассан... Суть проблемы, представленная в официальном Запросе (от 14.04.2025) в Службу техподдержки под номером INC000017442146, и которая актуальна (не решена) до настоящего времени: "= Преамбула: При "падении" ОС средств (Windows XP Home Edition SP3 Rus) на домашнем ПК (тип н/б) было принято решение о тотальной проверке с использованием современного антивирусного пакета средств - Kaspersky Free Rescue Disk и создании загрузочного носителя (флэш USB тип LiveCD) с файлом образа Приложения с официального сайта компании (krd.iso: версия 24.0.7.0, 656 МБ). Следуя приведённой на официальном сайте компании методике, был успешно (без каких-либо предупреждений и замечаний со стороны Системы и Приложения) создан с помощью программы Rufus 4.3 Build v2090 загрузочный диск Приложения. = Проблема: при попытке загрузки (с флэш USB) Приложения в штатном режиме неизменно и субъективно корректно происходит ТОЛЬКО загрузка Основного меню выбора режимов. Всякая попытка при выборе любого из 5-и представленных режимов для работы НЕИЗМЕННО ПРИВОДИТ К АНАЛОГИЧНОЙ (для всех режимов!) РЕАКЦИИ (строкам сообщения) Приложения: "Загрузка KRD... Загрузка ядра... Загрузка initrd..." с последующим "зависанием" системы ("_" : "черный" экран). = Примечание: При этом в Основном меню выбора режимов для работы (до момента выбора любого из режимов!) сохраняется возможность входа (при нажатии клавиши "E") в редактор GRUB с командной строкой (не понятный не подготовленному пользователю!). Просьба, сообщить (довести до сведения Заявителя) информацию по возможным способам устранения (решения) возникшей проблемы работоспособности Приложения." А далее основная выдержка из ответного сообщения СТП Касперского: "...утилита Kaspersky Rescue Disk является бесплатной и консультация технической поддержкой по данному продукту не производится, узнать дополнительную информацию Вы можете на нашем форуме или на портале support: https://forum.kaspersky.com/ https://support.kaspersky.ru/krd18...Благодарим Вас за обращение..." P.S.: А теперь, если не мудрствовать лукаво и не копать слишком глубоко на ровном месте, памятуя об изречении Ги де Мопассана выше по тексту, то для решения проблемы, конечно, было бы более удобным воспользоваться, например, бесплатной предлагаемой утилитой: Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool 2015 [Ru v15.0.28.0] (EXE: 250МБ), а не "упираться конкретно" с [Antivirus Kaspersky] Free Rescue Disk [Ru v24.0.7.0 LiveCD] (ISO: 656МБ), но ведь на ПК (н/б) "упавшая", с предполагаемой причиной "вирусного" воздействия ОС, и всё упирается ещё и в "зависающее" состояние "регламентируемого средства спасения" Free Rescue Disk. Посему, ничего личного, а всё только по работе! За добрый рабочий совет без длительных дискуссий буду премного благодарен всем!
