Loro possono fornirti informazioni precise in base al tuo abbonamento e alla politica commerciale vigente. 👉 Ti suggerisco quindi di rivolgerti all’assistenza ufficiale Kaspersky tramite i canali dedicati (chat, email o supporto clienti vedi qui -->https://support.kaspersky.it/b2c/it ) per avere tutte le risposte aggiornate sui costi e sulle opzioni disponibili. In generale, da esperienza comune: È possibile cambiare piano (upgrade o downgrade) in fase di rinnovo o anche prima, ma le condizioni (costi extra o sconti) dipendono dal periodo, dalle offerte in corso e dalle regole del contratto. Solo l’assistenza ufficiale può confermarti se potrai mantenere eventuali sconti attivi al momento del rinnovo, o se questi valgono solo per nuove sottoscrizioni. Saluti

  8. If You mean you have a system with different users, and You want to uninstall/install Kaspersky only in specific account, I guess that can't be done, still I would ask to K. Support

  18. I visit a site almost everyday one year now and more. Didn't had problems. Today watched something there and suddenly I got Kaspersky message (at my language) that saying the certificate isn't valid and it is advised not to visit this site. Never had problems with the site and Kaspersky show me problem only with this. The site had some adds but I blocking them but that was something that always happened and the antivirus never showed me problems with this. What can I do to unblock the site and use it again?
  19. Basically, a the title says, how do I uninstall for just a single PC user account. Unfortunatly, need to for the 'schools' apps and programs to be insatlled. Supposedly they see the AV there and it fails!

  21. Добрый вечер, По предоставленным вами скриншотам видно, что у вас две лицензии (подписки). Одна - Kaspersky Antivirus, другая - Kaspersky Plus. Первую можно использовать только на компьютере, а вторую и на компьютере, и на мобильном устройстве. Судя по скриншотам на компьютере у вас действует пока Kaspersky Antivirus, а на мобильном устройстве вы уже активировали Kaspersky Plus, то есть у вас сейчас действует две подписки. Вы можете подключить ваши устройства к порталу My Kaspersky по рекомендации этой статьи: https://support.kaspersky.ru/kaspersky-for-windows/21.23/settings/13886#block5 После синхронизации всех данных вы уже увидите в портале информацию о ваших устройствах и лицензиях.

  23. Jetzt geht es wieder, das einzige was geholfen hat, Kaspersky VPN Deinstalliert (alles daten) und wieder installiert, Thema kann geschlossen werden, danke für den Support.

  25. Dear Team, We have multiple linux servers . Kaspersky endpoint security hangs the servers. linux team told that network agent is creating mulitple instance to access same file, anyone can help to resolve this issue.
