Attached is a screenshot of the error. I don't know where to see what type of console we have, but if it helps, we have the Kaspersky Next EDR Foundations Latin America Edition license. -

The point is that some VPN issues are sometimes related to the real geographical location, in this case Kaspersky Tech Support is the only option. -

Hello, I am having trouble getting an Android tablet to sync and appear on the Kaspersky Cloud dashboard. A message appears stating: Unable to synchronize with the management server: error processing commands from the Management Console. The strange thing is that it shows the old name, which has been deleted from the console and from the “Show marked for deletion” option. Has anyone else had this problem? I've tried everything, even factory resetting the tablet.

Netflix still shows my regional content even though I'm connected to a VPN. I am connected to german server and I want to watch german shows. But kaspersky vpn doesn't work for netflix allthough Germany Server is mentioned as suitable with netflix. Netflix has disclosed that Kaspersky Servers are VPN servers. There is only one Germany server in Frankfurt am Main. This is not enough. Add servers in Berlin or Munich. There are a lot of servers in USA but only one in germany and it is not even functioning. Find a solution to this problem. I didn't pay to you for a not working vpn!!! -

Спасибо большое. Я прошу прощения. А как сюда зайти ? Я перелазил по всей консоли администрирования и не нашёл такого. А когда захожу на вкладку "Пользователи и группы" и\или "Роли", то колесо крутит крутит и по итогу выдаёт Ошибку (см. 3 скрин). -

Спасибо большое за ответ. В целом понял, да. Когда пробую username@domain, то экран входа говорит: Недостаточно прав для доступа к программе. Свяжитесь с Главным администратором. Правильно понимаю, что username должен состоять в определённой группе домена, чтобы вход работал ? Если да, можете подсказать в какой ? Ещё вопрос, в документации не сказано, требуются ли права с созданием объектов в домене при опросе КД. У меня указана учётная запись с правами только на чтение. Требуются ли права на запись у указанной учётной записи для опроса КД ? -

Hola, Abre un ticket de soporte en Kaspersky Company Account para que lo revisen los técnicos de Kaspersky. Parece como te han indicado un problema de conexión/firewall, que no tiene acceso dicho equipo a tu servidor cloud. Saludos -

Tamam sanırım çözümünü buldum. Gereksiz kayıt defterlerini temizledim. Bu htm dosyasını bir kaç gün önce kaydetmiştim. O sırada yukarıdaki çözümleri yapmamıştım Kaspersky'ı silsem bile. O yüzden htm dosyasının içindeki script satırını da otomatik kaydetmiş. Temizlik yaptıktan sonra gerekli siteyi tekrardan htm olarak kaydettim ve script satırı olmadan kaydettiğini gördüm. Şuanda sistemde bir problem görünmüyor. Ama bir daha Kaspersky ürünü kullanmayacağımı öğrenmiş oldum 👍 -

Kaspersky'ı kaldırdım ancak sistemimdeki tüm tarayıcılar hala bazı sitelerde "ff.kis.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com" adresine istek atıyor. Hatta internet sayfası olmasına gerek yok. Yerel bir htm dosyası açsam bile, tarayıcı önce "ff.kis.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com" adresine istekte gönderiyor ve 10 saniye civarında bekletiyor. Yerel bir htm dosyasının konsoldaki örneğinin görseli ektedir. Çözmek için yaptıklarım; -kavremvr kullanmak -tarayıcının önbelleğini ve verilerini silmek -tarayıcı güvenli modda başlatmak -trust root certification authorities kısmında kaspersky'ı kaldırmak -proxy ayarlarını kontrol etmek Tarayıcı farketmeksizin aynı şeyi yapıyor. Chromium veya Firefox farketmiyor. Dediğim gibi Kaspersky'ı kaldırdım ve karemover ile de temizleme yaptı m ancak durum devam etmekte. Yerel html dosyaları üzerinde bile çalışamıyorum herşey çok geç açılıyor.
