Hello @BecciCP, Thank you for posting back! Kaspersky have released a proper solution, *upgrade* to the newly released Kaspersky software: Standard, Plus OR Premium. 21.3* is OLD -> there is NO fix in version 21.3* -> Kaspersky stopped doing development work & fixes for the old version when the new version was released. 21.3* is the *old* version for: KAV, KIS, KTS & KSC. To check a version, on Windows Taskbar, *Hidden icons*, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About OR open the Kaspersky GUI, select the Headset 🎧lower-left-hand-side of screen, the Kaspersky application version is shown on the 4th line of information in the Customer Service screen. Ordinally people are encouraged to open their own topics, however, for this particular issue it's not required - there's a commonality across all 21.3* Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋 -

To andrew75: I get where you're coming from. I do appreciate the workaround being share. But my concern is that this really shouldn't be something we have to keep fixing ourselves. Ideally, there would either be a proper solution or at least some communication on why this keeps happening. Personally, I've run into this issue four times now, including again just last week. Each time, it’s been resolved with the same workaround, but it’s becoming frustrating. Honestly, once my subscription ends, I’m strongly considering switching to a different antivirus as this recurring problem has worn me down a bit. To harlan4096: Just to clarify, how are you seeing version 21.22 available for Kaspersky Anti-Virus? From what I can tell, the version I have is 21.3.10.391 and that is the latest. I can't seem to find an option in the app itself to manually check for updates. I’d really like to avoid uninstalling and reinstalling if I can confirm that auto-updates aren’t the issue here. Is there a particular source or location where 21.22 is being stated as the update for the AntiVirus? Though - I have just realised this forum is for Total Security - so maybe I should make another topic in Kaspersky Anti-Virus (checking if there isn't something there already) - Today

Hello, I have a license for 3 devices that still have 801 days left. One of my devices is way over its EOL and I'm replacing it for a new one. My problem is that I am located in a different region than the one where I got my licenses for the first time and the new device isn't letting me use the previous licenses because of that. I'd like to know what can I do to use my license in this region instead of having to buy yet another license when I still have over 2 years left in the previous one. Thanks for your answer.

Подключение к сайту shell.windows.com, подлинность которого не может быть подтверждена. Причина - недопустимое имя сертификата. Имя не включено в список разрешенных или явно исключено из него. Предлагается и ли разорвать соединение или продолжить. Как поступить я не знаю. -

I have used KIS once on my computer, and deleted it. Now I want to reinstall it, but cannot open the installer. I don't know what the version of the app was. I have tried kavremover tool and run it on compatibility mode, but those methods seem to not work.

Okay, after testing it for 2 weeks, I can definitely say (at least in my case) the sync problem happens only on my Samsung phone. On xiaomi device sync runs smoothly. The only difference between the two as far as I observed, is KPM on galaxy store released by Kaspersky Labs Middle East, while KPM on Xiaomi GetApps released by Kaspersky Labs Switzerland. -

Version 21.13 is getting obsolete and has some issues/bugs... -
You can try restarting your computer first to see if Kaspersky updates the expiration date. If it still shows the old expiration date, it should be safe to re-enter the activation code. Just make sure you don’t enter it multiple times to avoid potential issues.

Once You uninstall Kaspersky, Windows antivirus will auto-enable. The problem is solely due to Kaspersky because I tried putting it on stand-by and Firefox worked. In those few seconds my computer was vulnerable. Maybe I should install a different antivirus -

Kasperky blocking the internet for some programs

To narrow down the issue, check Kaspersky's firewall settings and ensure Citrix is whitelisted. Review the network activity logs to identify what's being blocked. You can also try running Kaspersky in passive mode to see if that resolves the issue without disabling it completely. -
