We want to resume protection of keswin application centrally from KSC after it was paused by users at workstations. So we need a script or task that can resume keswin application protection. После отключения расширений браузер перезапускали? Нажмите на окне сообщения "Посмотреть сертификат" и сделайте скриншот. Проблема только в хроме?

Время установлено точно. Отключил расширения, все равно окно появляется, при переходе с вкладки на вкладку.

Это окно появляется весь день и мешает . Kaspersky Free Windows 10, все обновления Помогает только закрытее браузера google хром. В статье справки https://support.kaspersky.com/KESWin/12.9/ru-RU/222981.htm перечислен обязательный минимальный набор областей проверки для устранения статуса "Давно не выполнялся поиск вредоносного ПО". Сверьте заданные в задаче "Поиск вредоносного ПО" области с информацией из справки. Измените настройки, повторите сканирование, дождитесь выполнения, проверьте статус устройства.

Also, I see Your capture, that column Inicio is in status Bloqueado (disabled) , that column precisely controls the execution of the program, if disabled, even being in Untrusted / No confiable, it could be started, but its rights will be very limited. So, You just have to enabled column Inicio -> Bloqueado, to block the execution of that program.

Не соответствие сигнализации о выполнении Поиска вредоносного ПО. Задача о Поиске вредоносного По наличествует,но программа пишет статус что поиск вредного ПО не проводился, хотя проверки проводятся. Прикладываю скрины в подтверждение.

Dear Kaspersky Support/Community Members I am writing to you with a serious concern regarding the active protection functionality of my Kaspersky product. I have identified an application named "WsUpdateHelper" (associated with Wondershare, software I have installed) which, despite being marked by Kaspersky as "Blocked" in the "Manage Applications" interface (see attached screenshot), continues to execute and load automatically at Windows 10 startup. I have attached a screenshot clearly showing: In the Kaspersky "Manage Applications" window, "WsUpdateHelper" is listed with the status "Blocked". Simultaneously, in the Windows 10 "Startup Apps" settings, "WsUpdateHelper" appears as "Enabled" (and executes after restarting the system). This situation raises significant concerns for me for the following reasons: Status Contradiction: If Kaspersky has identified this application as "Blocked" (and I myself have indicated it is untrusted, even after restarting the computer), it should, by definition, actively prevent its execution, especially at system startup. Ineffective Protection: The persistence of this application running, despite the "Blocked" label, suggests that the supposed "active protection" is insufficient or that the blocking is merely a visual label without real interception action. Potential Risk: Regardless of whether WsUpdateHelper is directly malware or not, the fact that a "blocked" application can bypass monitoring and execute with the system opens the door to potential vulnerabilities or unwanted behaviors that Kaspersky should prevent." Entonces entiendo por este mensaje que enviaste que el ejecutable es completamente malicioso. Gracias de nuevo por la ayuda y también el sitio web de pruebas ese donde lo hiciste. No lo conocía, además de solamente conocer VirusTotal. Ahora sí podemos decir que el software se volvió malicioso con su más reciente actualización.

Du willst ja aber kein Abo von Kaspersky Shop somit entfällt mein Hinweiss/Erklärung. Du erwirbst einfach beim Anbieter A eine Kaspersky Plus für 3 Geräte (Win,Android.Mac.Ios) und bekommst nach Bezahlung 2 Link zugesendet Beispiel; Wegen dem Samsung Store Einkauf kenne ich mich zu wenig aus, da würde ich Dir vorschlagen sich mit Kaspersky Support in Verbindung zu setzen warum nichts in deinem mykaspersky Konto zu sehen sei. Ich war gerade mal in My Kaspersky. Dort werden die Standard und die Internet Security für Android aufgeführt. Selbst bei der IT Security wird mir noch angeboten einen neuen Aktivierungscode einzugeben, von der VPN & Security , die ich mir im Samsung Store heruntergeladen habe erscheint in My Kaspersky nichts. Daher nochmals meine Frage: Wo würde ich den Aktivierungscode für die Plus ablegen ?

Hallo Longlife, ich gehe mal davon aus, dass Du evtl. mich damit meinen könntest. Ich kapiere es nicht mehr. Ich habe in My Kaspersky eine Lizenz für die KAV Standard hinterlegt und eine ( noch alte laufende ) Lizenz für die VPN & Security. Wenn ich mir nun z. B. die Lizenz für die Kaspersky Plus für 2 oder 3 Geräte kaufen würde, wo lege ich die denn ab? Bei welchem Programm ? Bisher habe ich in der alten KAV und Standard dort die neue Lizenz eingegeben - bei der IT Security in " My Kaspersky ". Ganz ehrlich, ich schnall das nicht mehr wie, wo und was hinterlegt werden muss.
