Ютуб замедлен, но не запрещён. Сам пользуюсь. Стало не хватать 5 устройств. Оформил вторую подписку, заплатил. Под второй учёткой серверов мало и они не работают так, как мне нужно. Переключаюсь на старую - всё ок. Оформил возврат. Касперскому не нужны мои деньги.

Вирус, помещенный в карантин, ничего сделать не может по определению. Но дело конечно ваше, если вас все устраивает.

A otros usuarios les ha ido bien con desinstalar completamente la versión anterior de Kaspersky, e iniciar una instalación desde 0 de la nueva versión. Saludos.

I have bought Kaspersy Premium for 20 licence. I've shared a licence last year with some friends. Someone the them didn't have uploaded our licence il 2026. I can't remove them from the user in the address book. So i can't add new users for sharing becaouse Kaspersky report "i've enough family users". There is no way to delete old friends in address book? Thanks for response

Тут на днях установил лицензионный Кибер Бекап,сделал загрузочную флешку.Пробывал загрузить из под БИОС.Результат блокировка.Windows,расматривает - это как буткит,а если попробывать загрузить Kaspersky Rescue Disk? VBS,который отключил по рекомендациям Тех.Поддержки,продолжает "рулить".Очень корректно работающая операционная система с упором на безопасность.Тут вопрос,а что очевидно? Если у большинства пользователей висит такое предупреждение Может, тогда стоит отключить - этот глючный компонент несовместимости иза которого происходит падение антивируса.Хотя в этом вопросе сейчас пытается разобраться Тех.Поддержка. Ведь при этом Тех.Поддержка,сама говорит Просто напрашивается вопрос,а на какой ляп нужна эта виртуализация Касперскому? Если ОС усилена на столько в плане безопасности.

У меня тоже актуальная версия ОС со всеми обновлениями,которая прошла проверку системных файлов По поводу изоляции ядра на данный момент по рекомендации Касперского отключено всё что связанно с VBS,но похоже не всё.Если дальше, что то отключать - это будет черевато для Системы. Немного из истории данной проблемы. Установил Windows(чистая установка из под БИОС),активировал её лицензионным ключом.Установил все последние обновления Системы, проверил системные файлы на предмет ошибок.VBS включен в том числе и целостность памяти, была по умолчанию включена.На борту "топовое железо".Короче всё ТОП. Установил лицензионный Касперский.Настройки по умолчанию,но с предупреждением Всё вроде ничего,но на всякий случай,обратился в Тех.Поддержку по этому поводу несовместимости. На следующий день активировал БП,"зелёная рамка,Вы под защитой",короче всё как полагается.На другой день захожу в Систему и появляется окно Касперского с предупреждением о сбое.Файлы сбоя сохранил у себя.Продолжил дальше использовать БП и ситуация опять повторилась.Файлы отправил в ТехПоддержку с описанием проблематики,а дальше уже поиск решения проблемы.Попутно к нам ещё присоединился товарищ с аналогичной проблемой,который поведал,что проблеме не первый год.Как то так. То что у вас нет падения - это хорошо.Знать бы причину почему у одних так ,а у других по другому.

Ekran kartı ile ilgili internet üzerinde bulduğum bütün yöntemleri denedim ama sonuç aynı ekran donuyor bilgisayar kilitleniyor ve yukarıda bahsedilen aynı hata mesajlarını alıyorum.. Bilgisayarıma format atıp yeni baştan defalarca kurdum sonuç hep aynı yukarıda bahsedilen hata mesajları. Ancak şunu farkettim, ben her formatta önce bilgisayarıma Kaspersky Plus sürümünü sitenizden indirirp kuruyorum sonra diğer proğramları kuruyordum, ancak şimdi Kaspersky Plus sürümünü hiç kurmadım, herzamanki proğramlarımı kurdum, bilgisayarım 4 gündür defalarca açıp kapatmama rağmen her türlü şekilde zorlayarak kullanmama rağmen bu hatalar oluşmadı, sorunsuz şekilde bilgisayarımı kullanabiliyorum. Sorunun Kaspersky plus sürümünden kaynaklandığına artık eminim. lütfen bu konuda bir araştırma yapın. şu an bilgisayarımda herhangi bir virüs proğramı kurulu değil, Kaspersky ürününü beş yıldır abone olarak kullanıyorum ve çok memnundum başka bir virüs proğramı kullanmak istemiyorum ama artık yüklemeye de korkuyorum bilgisayarımı tekrar tekrar format atmaktan bıktım, virüs proğramsız da kullanmak istemiyorum bu konuda aydınlatıcı bir bilgi vermenizi rica ediyorum.

Юмор хороший, но не прокатит, не может ПО от любого Васи, даже если это сам Касперский в роли Васи работать корректно на ПО от Билла, даже если это Гейтц, в случае если ПО от Билла само по себе работает некорректно. Клинические случаи - всякие "сборки" ОС Вы и сами думаю знаете. Но на деле - оно же не работает не потому, что "сборка", а потому, что какая-то часть компонентов в ОС либо выключена/удалена, либо заменена на обновленные/устаревшие без тестирования, а значит и знания, что оно вообще работать будет, либо включено то, что обычно выключено, и должно быть выключено, если только не какой-то специфический сценарий использования системы. НУ а в сумме- коктейль, который никто прогнозировать не может, хотя в целом - все вроде бы нормально, ну подумаешь службу выключили, и две другие включили - это и сам пользователь может сделать! Ну подумаешь драйвер от W8 поставили на W11, ибо родного на старое железо не нашлось, работает же! И да, работает, только вот при переходе в спящий режим BSOD'ит раз на каждые десять, ибо на совместимость с 10 не тестировалось, и работать не обязано. А виноват кто? Правильно, кто угодно, но не Вася!

Такими темпами окажется, что некорректно работает само устройство (материнская плата, процессор, оперативная память и т.п.) или в розетку приходит недостаточно напряжения, но антивирус работает всегда корректно

Bonjour hier , Kaspersky a detecter : kaspersky a détecter Heur:Trojan-Downloader.AndroidOS.keenadu.h sur mon smartphone et n'arrive pas a mettre le fichier en quarantaine..... y a t il une astuce? ou bien il vaut mieux un reset usine de l appareil ... je préfère éviter.
