I try with Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool, not a single virus was found, the problem still exists. I can log in to myKaspersky account, but I can't add a device (desktop comp), because it tells me an error during installation as mentioned above.

Certaines options telles que le double VPN ainsi que la configuration du routeur sont provisoirement supprimées , mais KL devrait les remettre à disposition prochainement. Nous ne connaissons malheureusement pas la date d'implantation. Actuellement nous ne disposons pas d'informations conernant le nombre de Serveurs VPN ? Voici l'annonce officielle : " En raison d'une mise à jour de l'infrastructure VPN : 1) Le nombre de serveurs VPN disponibles passera d'environ 105 à environ 85, les serveurs les plus courants resteront disponibles. 2) La fonctionnalité du routeur, la sélection des protocoles et les options double VPN disparaîtront. 3) L'application VPN restera identique à celle utilisée auparavant sur toutes les plateformes. Si des problèmes persistent avec la dernière version, veuiillez demander la création d'un ticket d'assistance. "

Bonjour, Mon VPN ne parvient plus à se connecter, quel que soit le pays sélectionné. La connexion reste en cours indéfiniment sans jamais aboutir. 😪 Auriez-vous une solution à ce problème, s’il vous plaît ?

Обратился в чат поддержки. После долгих допрашиваний сотрудника по поводу номера заказа, всех адресов почты (ну я только свой знаю) все-таки удалось настоять на том, чтобы соизволили прояснить. Часть переписки по сути на скрине. Очень не понравилось общение. Помимо длительных получасовых уговоров выяснить ситуацию, попыток скинуть ее на "старших коллег" с ожиданием ответа (а зачем, если акция уже сегодня кончается) сотрудник в итоге без прощаний просто-напросто закрыл чат. В итоге: оказывается, именно я, неразумный, не понял великой идеи, что это предложение было только лишь для моего аккаунта. Да, об этом нигде не сказано, но это мои проблемы, нужно догадываться. Это одно из самых худших общений в чате, которые я встречал. Что-то не хочется туда обращаться больше.

В перспективе для кого ? Для жителей не России ? Для Россиян это будет уже не интересно. Как выясняется, на этом Pure vpn вообще ничего не работает. Можно выкидывать лицензию вместе с аккаунтом. Продукт превратился в мёртвый балласт.

Also die Einstellung "Verbieten" wird nach den "Speichern" übernommen (es wird eine Regel erstellt), hat aber eine Wirkung, bzw. das Programm (Corel Update Helper x32) ignoriert das Verbot!

Hello , I understand this , so from my previous post yesterday, it has recreated more than 100 new Local Area Connection, it's around 173 now, in the windows event viewer there is an error ID 4311 NetBt it says : "Initialization failed because the device driver could not be created. Use the string "000000000100320000000000D71000C0110100009A0000C057000000000000000000000000000000000" to identify the interface for which initialization failed. This string represents the MAC address of the failing interface or the globally unique identifier (GUID) if NetBT was unable to map the GUID to the MAC address. If neither the MAC address nor the GUID is available, the string represents a cluster device name." What does this means ? Thank you .

Сначала они (ЛК) зарегистрировали (активировали) лицензию на территории России. На русскоязычном сайте и по Российскому IP. Владельцы лицензии получали услуги на территории России в полном объёме. Почему в одночасье все клиенты купившие и благополучно активировавшие свои лицензии в своих аккаунтах превратились для ЛК в изгоев. Надёжные и серьёзные компании так не поступают со своими клиентами. Даже в форс мажорных случаях клиентам возвращают деньги за не оказанные услуги.

Я не знаю в каком виде это было. Просто об этом писали как минимум несколько человек, у кого в пятницу перестало работать

Не нахожу этого продукта на маркете. То ли его уже нет, то ли эта подписка входила в состав не российского Plus/Premium с того же маркета.

Саппорт игнорит мои письма с пятницы. Офигенная работа! Просто огонь ВПН не работает не на одном устройстве (смартфон и ноут). Пишет подключение и на этом все

А вам это ничем не поможет. Сейчас ВПН от Касперского работает на 3-х инфраструктурах: 1 - те, кто приобретал лицензии в России до 2 июля этого года. Для них пока ничего не изменилось. Работают все изначальные сервера и все изначальные функции. Пока работают. Но их рано или поздно ждёт новая российская инфраструктура. 2 - те, кто приобретал лицензии не в России (те про которые тут говорили, что приобрели на я.маркете, они как выясняется были не российские). Их в пятницу перевели на Pure vpn. Который, как выясняется, из России практически не работает. Кроме того там меньше серверов, один протокол, нет двойного ВПН и конфигурации для роутеров. 3 - те кто покупал лицензию в России после 2 июля этого года. У них пока 8 серверов, 1 протокол, нет двойного ВПН и конфигурации для роутера. Но кроме Ютуба (не у всех), должно работать. В перспективе обещают новые сервера и дополнительные функции.

Hola a todos, aacabo de comprar una suscripcion hace 2 dias y siguen mis problemas con la vpn. La conecto y no puedo navegar nada. Me quedo sin internet. Ya hice el reclamo en el soporte pero parece que tardan una eternidad. Y ya hice de todo, instale y desinstale mil veces.

В общем, что-то тут намутили с акцией. Нигде не указывается, что подписка будет приобретаться для того аккаунта, из которого осуществлен переход по акционной ссылке (вернее, по ссылке из приложения, прикрепленного к аккаунту). Ни в самом рекламном окне (скрин выше), ни в корзине при оформлении (скрин ниже). Форма оформления абсолютно стандартная - указывается почта, куда высылаются подробности. Это явно неправильно. Даже если человек для себя приобретает, он может хотеть защитить другие устройства свои или родственников/друзей. Что тут будет дальше после покупки - тоже неизвестно: то ли новая лицензия отдельно будет в аккаунте, то ли продукты Free перейдут на нее... Одна сплошная непрозрачность. Раньше вроде такого не было, публиковались такие ссылки, не было подобных жалоб. Так он и был указан другой, там сразу ничего нельзя нажать, нужно все поля заполнять.

Their current policy clearly says they don’t store activity logs or IPs that can identify users; that’s actually more transparency than many VPN providers offer. For me, the real pain right now looks like missing features and regional performance, not that Kaspersky “doesn’t care about privacy.” Those issues can be fixed if enough users log tickets with proper details (country, ISP, server, issue type, etc.), so Kaspersky has concrete data to take back to the provider. I also spoke with PureVPN’s customer support about this transition. They said they’re in the middle of a major infrastructure upgrade, with a lot of additional locations being added over the coming weeks, and that they’re planning to bring back not just double VPN but other advanced features that people are missing once the new setup stabilizes. And one more thing that gives me some confidence: on the enterprise side, PureVPN is quietly getting pretty big. It’s not just Kaspersky – large brands like Samsung are also leveraging PureVPN’s technology on the backend. Big enterprises don’t usually hand their user traffic to just “any” VPN infrastructure; there has to be something solid there for them to sign off on it. So by all means, keep pushing Kaspersky to restore features and improve routing/servers. But based on their current audits, policy, and the kind of enterprise customers they’re serving, calling PureVPN a “scam” doesn’t really line up with how their platform is operating today.
